Overall I really enjoy my stay here! The room is a little bigger than average japanese hotels I’ve stayed at, and is clean & comfy. I especially like how easily accessible the hotel is— it’s super close to the tourist area (oasis 21, mirai tower, etc) & public transportation, yet isn’t on a busy street so it is quiet at night. There’s underground passageways that connect subway stations and many major buildings in the area. The hotel is located right across the street from the NHK building, so you can easily access the hotel by following the sign for the NHK building, which will lead you to an exit from NHK.

First of all, the location was very nice. It is less than 5 minutes away from Oasis 21 and Hisayaodori Park. There are multiple subway station entrances as well which are close by. Second, the room is actually quite large. In my experience, it is bigger than regular rooms in business hotels like APA or Sotetsu. The room has pretty large bed, bathroom hallway with separated toilet and separated shower room. They gave new daily towels. The staff was also nice, they spoke basic english and were very helpful. They gave free coffee during the day and free cereal in the morning. There is also coin laundry machines in the 2nd floor.

The hallways are open balconies. So at night, wind was able to go under my door and made the room somewhat cold. My room also had a very small window, which smelled dusty.

The location is very good, walking distance to both Sakae station and Hisaya-odori station. Can exit via NHK building if coming from Sakae station. Airport shuttle bus terminal is literally across the road. It's not right at the centre of Sakae shopping area but it is within comfortable walking distance, hence neighbourhood is very quiet. Bonus part of this hotel is that they provide free bicycle rental which is so convenient! Plenty of bicycle parking areas in the city, many offer free parking up to 90mins, or 100yen per day if exceed 90mins. Room and shower/toilet are very clean, bed is very comfortable, everything looks new and clean. Check in and out are easy as well.

Amazing friendly staff. The toilets and the bathrooms are separate so you get more space for the toilet and bathroom itself. They clean room everyday is you tell them. Also the provided bag transfer service. They have the cheapest laundry as well, 600 Yen for wash and dry.

Next to a road where people could be noisy. Some nights there were people skateboarding and some nights there were people revving on heavy bikes. Also, there is a car park next to it and the alarm of the car park goes off every time a car comes out. That was the most annoying part.

Good sized room that is nicely laid out with a good work desk. Nicely appointed bathroom and also a big TV in the room as well. There are only 2 coin laundry machines however so be aware that there may be queues to use it. You can also usually check in early but there is a fee of 1000 yen. Free coffee and simple cereal breakfast service downstairs. The near entrance from the subway is actually via the NHK building so take note of this when coming to the building it took a while for us getting lost in Oasis 21. There is also a 7-Eleven inside the NHK Building as well which is the nearest conbini. Good short walks to the rest of the Sakae area which is nice for food and night life and shopping generally.

Can be a bit of a trek to get there from the subway if you don't know where you are going. Head towards the NHK building as it's literally across the road from there. Otherwise no real complaints at all.

I've stayed in this hotel several times when visiting Nagoya. It's located centrally, the staff are helpful but you don't really need assistance as the self-service check-in and out is pretty straightforward. This trip though the floor was pretty dirty. The bathroom and entrance tiles had black markings and the room floor was a bit dusty. I could feel the dirt under my feet. I was too tired to complain as we arrived late into the night. Hope they fix quality control for cleanliness.

bath and toilet is clean. super like. shampoo and shower gel smells good. bed and pillows are soft. the sleepwear was also a nice touch. we used them when we sleep. the location is top notch. it's walking distance to shopping and dining places. it's also near the Mirai Tower. Receptionist also helped us with filling out the forms for the Yamato Transport since we would be traveling to Fujikawaguchiko next. She was a lot of help.

unit is great. it's just a little too cramped. we had trouble accessing our stuff from our luggage since there is little floor area to where we can spread the luggage.

My staying was really short as I have been in this structure for one night only and left early in the morning, but the stuff was really lovely and friendly, the best I ever meet in Japan. The area is quiet.

- I had to sleep with earplugs because I was hearing every noices coming from the building: people opening and closing doors, and a very annoying beep repeating every few minutes for the whole night. - In the room there wasn't much space to open a big suitcase. - I had some issue with the door of my room. Every time I opened was beepping like an alarm, and than stop when I close it. I didn't had time to ask if that was a normal procedure.

Nice Central Location, being only a block away from Oasis 21, and with it, Sakae station. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful, even letting me store my bags until check-in time. The facility feels new and is impeccably clean. And the AC units in the rooms work amazingly well (which I normally wouldn't mention, but the day I visited was rainy and incredibly humid, so coming back to a cool room was like an early birthday present).

The Room is a bit cramped, and the bed being in the middle with only about a two feet gap to get around it to the bathroom is a bit annoying. But, it's Japan. The rooms being compact comes with the territory.

Location is very convenient - close to Sakae station and right in front of Hishiya Odori Park. Hotel was clean and efficiently laid out. Most of all, I was deeply touched that the hotel staffs remembered and fulfilled my special request. Thanks to their thoughtful attention, I was able to spend a truely happy birthday. I’d like to express my sincere gratitude again to all the hotel staff for helping me create such a wonderful memory.
