The hotel was very peaceful and beautiful, which made it feel upscale. The room and bathroom were quite spacious, and everything was spotless. It was also very quiet, despite being in an urban neighborhood. There was a convenient parking lot just around the corner, and several convenience stores just down the street. I was happy to find a hotel with enough room for my family!

The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but that is my only complaint!

Great area with a lot to do locally. Wonderful venue with great access. Would have liked to have more than 1 washer & dryer for the whole building but a coin laundry just down the road can be a solution for longer stays. Wish we had more time to stay and explore, highly recommend this for families of 4+ as double beds were easily able to be shared with younger children and the larger suites have ample room.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love the extra large room that fits our family of 5 perfectly. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the paid parking lots are right around the corner from the hotel, so driving there by car isn't a problem.

The pillows were harder this time than I remembered and there was a bug in the bathroom to greet us when we arrived. Having stayed there before and not experiencing that, I would still stay there again in hopes that it was a fluke.

I loved the little garden space and the aromatherapy smell (in the lobby, in the elevator, overall). The free to use washing machine that came with provided detergent was very helpful as well! The staff allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we can go around the city. We just came back for them en route to the central station going to the airport.

Clean and comfortable, air-conditioned stay that's just around the corner from the historic Osu shopping street (highly recommended to visit while in Nagoya). A bit of a walk from the nearest metro station, but very doable.

Plenty of room for family of 4. Plenty of USB charging ports, fridge, microwave. Washing machine and dryer on level 3 free to use. Good location with plenty of places to eat very close and a family mart down the road. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds were good, location is very good as it is close to osu shopping street. It is easier to get here by using a bus after the train (and vice versa)

Although spacious, 3 king beds in one room which is not good for those sensitive to noise etc.

Great location- near downtown Nagoya and outside shopping outlets right down the street. Big room with a modern bathroom and clean facilities. There's only one washer and dryer but it's free for all guests to use. Front desk guy was very nice and checking in was an easy process.

Location was awesome. Staff were helpful! The room was spacious and so modern. The availability of the laundry was great too, and the proximity to the laundromat was really great.

Friendly and helpful staff, easily check in and out. Free washer and dryer available for use. Paid parking lots right around the corner with many to choose from. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and many more. Added a few images that don’t show on the website.

Bed was a little too hard for my liking but we made it work after all it was only for a few nights
