Room was clean & roomier than some of my other hotels. Private shower in bathroom & public onsen. Wonderfully convenient location right at/ next to station. Breakfast buffet included with both Japanese & western style options. Some staff spoke some english. I could monitor the onsen & laundry availability from my tv. I didn’t have to wait for either

Unsure if the onsen is hot spring fed. Kinda wish there was an open air onsen but don’t see how it would be possible for the building & location

It was right in front of the JR Takeo Onsen station. Very convenient.

The room was rather small for two people. We had breakfast, but there was not much variety, with only about 5 types of side dishes. Also, the breakfast time slot was divided into 30-minute periods, and the group before our time slot was rushed to leave. So we rushed to eat as well, which is not a very healthy way of eating. Staff were nice and the upstairs public bath was nice.

Staff were very accommodating and helped us sort out duplicated bookings. Room was comfortable, felt luxurious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Great location. Good parking space. Less than 10 min drive to Mifuneyama Park.

This one is hard, but other foreign guests were noisy at the hot bath facility and didn’t clean themselves before entering the hot pools. So the hot pools were rather dirty. This is not the hotel’s faults.

My stay was great - the hotel is directly in front of Takeo station so easily accessible, and about a 20-25min walk to the Takeo Public Library and shrine. The room was small but really comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

The accommodation was a bit more expensive than I'm used to for such a small room, but my stay was lovely.

Very good location as it is just beside takeo onsen station so you can basically travel to most parts of Saga. Room is quite small but clean. Good onsen bath available in level 8. Good breakfast provided.

Breakfast was good. Due to the dining room size you pick the time frame you want to eat during and they give you a ticket. You have thirty minutes but they didn't rush anyone who went a bit over out. The bed was great and I liked the pillow. The staff are fabulous but don't expect English. If you don't speak Japanese download a translation app like Google Translate or DeepL. I did not use the onsen but they do have one available for guests on the 8th floor so the view is probably great. I like that they don't have the tiny fridge already on as the noise drives me a bit squirrely, just switch on if you want to use it.

The bathroom was small but that's on me, I could have paid for a room with a nicer bathroom.

The old part of the hotel is worn down and didn't feel so clean. However, when we had some issues they gave us new rooms in the new part, and those were great! Recommend booking in the new part.

The location is excellent, just I. front of Takeo station. I stayed there as the base to explore west Kyushu, as it only took 40 minutes to go to Nagasaki, 12 minutes to Saga, 6 minutes to Ureshino onsen ! the free breakfast had enough variety.

Curtain was full of mold in my room. Room smelled bad. A good diffuser with some fragrance can go very good with the room. Stayed in main building possibly old side. The old wooden window shades need to go to an upgraded look.

The location was great as well as the staff. The public bath was nice although changing room/area was quite tight.

The room was small and lighting wasn’t sufficient. Things look very dated inside the room but common areas were very nice.
