The hotel is a beautiful space. The rooms are spacious and very modern. Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. Quiet area. Great place to slow down and relax. There is a wonderful cafe restaurant 2 minute walk as well as a resourceful tourist center next door. Hotel has tickets you can buy to onsen hop in the main onsen town nearby since the hotel does not have one (but there is a nice free outdoor foot onsen right behind the hotel). It is about a 10 minute drive from the main Ureshino onsen town. Highly recommend this place and other Fairfield properties!

I wish they had their own hot spring, but they do accommodate with the nearby foot onsen and onsen tickets to make up for it. I recommend renting a car when you are in this area. Free and cheap parking everywhere.

Lovely hotel, right next to the station, the entire station site looks brand new. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with a beautiful lounge area (sitting and eating areas), there is even a small terrace with tables outside, super friendly staff, very clean, good bedding (2 types of pillows, 1 soft, 1 harder), not very common in Japan), easy parking. There is no breakfast/meal service but we bought our own from a nearby store/bakery and enjoyed our meal in the communal lounge, as did many other customers, its was nice and cozy. The kitchen is well appointed with a microwave, toaster and oven (no dishes, only wooden cutlery) and a free coffee maker (coffee, americano, latte, 2 choices of green tea). The hotels does not have onsen baths but the staff at reception does provide a list and a catalogue of public onsen in the area and offer discounts on entry fees. It was ours 1st time staying at a Fairfield by Mariott and we will definitely try the other ones as well.

We liked it all, if i could make one recommendation it would be to ask for the possibility to book a room on a higher floor (4 in total) and furthest way from the station, as you could hear the station jingle from time to time, although only very faintly as the soundproofing is great. Even the fridge in the room is quiet! A car is recommended as the station area is not within walking distance from the town center where the izakayas are.

I decided to stay overnight at Ureshino before heading to Sasebo and it was definitely a good decision. The hotel is conveniently located near the station with different shops nearby. There is a 24 hour supermarket if you need to grab anything. Free parking available just outside of the hotel entrance. The room is very spacious with good layout. The only issue is that the name of the hotel may give away the wrong impression that within the hotel it has onsen facilities, which it doesn’t.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, staff is friendly too. There are vending machine for re-heat food, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, microwave oven and unlimited coffee at the lobby. There is a nice cafe in front of the hotel where we had light breakfast. We had a wonderful stay!

We were very happy with this hotel. It had everything we needed, excellent location, quiet, spotless - the place is brand new basically. The hotel staff were also extremely professional and attentive, they helped us with info in English, they helped us get seats at a local izakaya of our choice..We also really liked the tiny hot bath in front of the hotel where we could relax (always with some locals which was cool), soak our feet, and have a beer from the vending machine ;)

The hotel was new and very clean. It provided free amenities like coffee and miso soup, which were nice. A Michi no Eki, a supermarket, and a drug store are within walking distance, making it very convenient.

The room and bed were slightly small for a family of three, but I appreciate that they allowed my 3-year-old to stay for free.

Located outside station about 20 mins walk out of central Ureshino, easy parking. Quiet, great welcome by staff and had information regarding restuarants, good map of town Lovely communal area for eating and drinking own meals. Laundry facilities

We were allocated a disabled room not sure if I accidentally booked this or not hope no one else needed it.

Modern, Clean and the coffee at the pantry is very delicious. All the staff are nice they say hi every single time I pass.

The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable and they offer a free shuttle service to the centre of Ureshino which is super helpful! They also have a great common area where you can take coffee /tea throughout your stay!

New and nicely done. I wish more hotels were like this hotel. It had everything you need but nothing more than that, so I don't pay for things I don't need. If you want a bathtub then stay somewhere else where you need to pay a lot more.
