Beautiful hotel and room! It’s right inside the park, so you can wander around until late at night and not have to worry about exiting on time.

The hotel parking was a little confusing at first, since both the lots for non-hotel guests and hotel guests were right next to each other. Also, this had nothing to do with the hotel, but I didn’t know that the park turned off the illuminations and lights between 9-10pm! So while you can definitely still walk around the park late at night, there really isn’t a reason to anymore. I booked the hotel inside because I wanted to experience the park when it’s less crowded…but since all the lights were turned off…now found that there isn’t a great reason to anymore.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Huis Ten Bosch. You get free tickets for the park, which by the way is magical! It’s a beautiful hotel as well with big rooms and many many amenities. The breakfast is delicious. Don’t forget they have a shuttle bus, just let them know you have arrived. We didn’t know they did and it was very try confusing to find!

Only con would be the price for the room and the breakfast.

the hotel felt quite historical, like taken back in time which was quite cool. Old room and bathroom (appreciate the separate bath and toilet) and clean. Lovely reception area with huge chandelier. Loads of character.

The first female receptionist wasn't too friendly, looked like she didn't enjoy what she was doing. Probably the least friendly one we encountered in Japan however the male receptionist who checked us in was very professional, spoke decent English, total opposite experience from the first lady. We also were quite disappointed that the Japanese restaurant that we wanted to dine for breakfast was closed on that day.

Big and comfortable rooms. We bought the after 3 pm ticket and are given the next day ticket free by the hotel. This is awesome as we get to play some games without the need to queue as it is getting late and enjoy the lights at night. Next morning, we went to Jurassic Island which for us is the highlight of this theme park. We were very lucky to see Dolphins on our way to the island.

The rooms can be a bit dated.

The stunning architecture, the art, the design, the activities, the fun, the music, the dance, the hot spring, the multi dish choice breakfast, the AR, the VR, the projection mapping, the views, the comfort, the convenience, the cleanliness, the multi toilets. The ever helpful staff. It was endless.

More information in English would be helpful. Maps in larger English text needed. Wider aisles in the buffet area would make everyone's breakfast experience more relaxing. However, the hotel, and the Huis Ten Bosch town, is close to perfect. I'll go again because the pros are far superior than the cons.

Location within the park was great

Car parking and access to hotel in the park was inconvenient and in the rain was not good as you were left to battle rain. Car park and long walk to get in the park, then crammed on small bus. A dedicated transfer from car park to hotel should be provided given the price being charged. Felt very second class

Location, location, location. Spacious room, lovely breakfasts. Park access unbeatable.

Air conditioning not available this time of year. Windows could open a bit to get some air. Staff was kind enough to send a portable room cooling fan which helped somewhat. The only negative for this stay.

Located in the heart at the City of Amsterdam.

Theme park don't have pin where are u located even tho your download the map app on your phone and most of the attractions guides are in Japanese.

Hotel Amsterdam is right in the center of the park. When you step outside, you're faced with the whimsical Gouda stadhuis. It just gets better and better.

Location and view which is inside huis ten bosch. The size and the vibe of the room is perfect. It feels as if I'm not in Japan.

Nothing. But If they had room service, that would be great.
