They wore willing to hold our bags for us before and after we checked in and out.

We couldn't check in tell 3 pm and had to check out at 1030 am, there wore coffee stains on the package of the provided toothbrush and a couple of very long hairs on the shower curtain. Also very few tv channels but honestly I don't speak Japanese so it wasn't a big deal. I didn't really like the pillows on the bed they wore not all that comfortable.

The location is excellent. It's close to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, but away from the noise. I was happy that due to the location my partner and I didn't need to make use of busses or taxies as we could walk to all our desired locales.

It's an older building that doesn't have an air conditioning unit. We travelled in late April and the weather was already getting warmer. However, In the room there was a small but powerful fan that could keep us cool overnight.

The service was absolutely amazing. The staff was so courteous and friendly. I was really impressed. Thank for helping me with my extra request for an iron and ironing board 🙏🏾

Good quality hotel with perfect location. Definitely will stay there again if I visit Sasebo in future.

It's not a problem but the shampoo in the room was not enough so I had to ask more.

free parking was great but also very small parking area. still very good deal though.

A nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The room had everything we needed, a standard Japanese hotel I would say.

The rooms were very clean.

The beds were small.

Great location, walking distance great restaurants and a convenience store. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was able to store luggage after my check out before leaving town.

So economy,and clean and quite . Will be back ❤️
