We arrived early but were greeted by their very accommodating staff, offering extra help in locating the shopping and dinning area of the town. The young concerige lady always carries a charming smile and it turns out that she is the one serving us the two dinners. She makes our day! We have been to many onsen hotels in Japan and the food offered by Motoyo is one of the best! The hotel gets long history, yet, the room has just been refurnished which is modern and cosy

Quality of their Onsen is really good but decoration for the indoor pool is a bit old out dated

We love the Onsen (hot bath), both the dinner and breakfast are yummy (the food quality is good) The room is spacious

They don’t told us have pick up service from JR station and we need to take the bus and walk 8 mins by ourselves. But they are nice to arrange us the earlier drop off service to JR station than we booked at check in due to a change of our plan

they exceeded my expectations! room was beautiful, lots of space! super clean! good wifi! every day fresh tea and cookies in the room!!! helpful and kind staff! nothing negative! lastly free shuttle to the Ureshino JR station 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The staff was very polite to welcome us at carpark when we drove in. Staff was very kind to explain to us about breakfast, dinner time and facilities in the resort. He also brought us to our room at 4th floor. Onsen was superb, and as stated, the hot spring water is really different from other parts of Japan. It's silky smooth. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and the staff will explain to us the content and answered our queries too. Overall, very good experience and we enjoyed very much!

loved the location, the vicinity had plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby. wished i had more time to try the other onsen next door, but overall enjoyed my stay with ureshino onsen!

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The area around (Ureshino Onsen) was beautiful with lots of shopping and attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and pleasant, and both baths were nice.

It is a little far from the train station, but it was easy to take a taxi.

Most like the breakfast and dinner, big table for food and spcious. Like the bed too, so comfy. Like the wooden decorations in room, all are new.

Love the dinner and breakfast with so much varieties. And we have a English speaking staff to serve us... Really appreciate that.

The room rather small for 4 though. Would prefer a reasonable gap between the mattresses.

some staffs are good in English communication, while some are not
