The hotel location is peaceful. The air-conditioned room has all basic amenities you need. The included breakfast has various delicious choices. Car parking is free, more than enough, and easy to use. Staffs are friendly and supportive.

The breakfast restaurant is quite small and crowded. Compared to other hotels with same quality in Japan, this hotel rate is quite expensive. At night, the area around the hotel is dark and almost has nothing to eat. But this is not the hotel's fault and it is understandable for such rural area.

Charming and lovely. Staff were extremely thoughtful and the breakfast was exceptionally diverse. Rooms are spacious and location by the station makes it ideal for travellers wanting to explore Tendo

The staff and service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious.

The train takes nearly 30mins between Yamagata and Tendou. And the frequency of this route is low. Need to make sure the train schedule before departure, or need to wait for one hour for the next train.

Super close to the train station, just a minute walk. Our room may be small but its very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good and staff are very helfpful. Will definitely stay again!

- The location was perfect! It was very close to the station and because it was quite visible, it was relatively easy to find. - The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. We actually had to change the dates that we stayed at the hotel very last minute, and the staff were very understanding about that. They helped a lot with the process, and we are very grateful for that. We also made a request that the two rooms be very close to each other, and the hotel definitely fulfilled this request. - Finally, it was great value for money! There were a lot of amenities and it was very affordable.

Nothing much - I think the hotel was quite clean. The body soap was note really what I was used to and it smelt a little strange to me, but it's just a small preference issue.

is a simple hotel for short stay with value of money, have coin laundry machine, breakfast is nice.

just a normal hotel as what we needed for just 1 night stay, cant say any dislike.

It is really close to the station, about 3min walk. Breakfast spread was good. There was rice, chicken, corn soup, yogurt with granola, pastries, vegetable smoothie. Room was big with a good view of the city covered in snow.

Very clean. Very welcoming staff (even if WE arrives laye). Not a fancy hotel but very convenient and excellent quality/price ratio (good breakfast included).

Not much. Our bedroom was in a corner, so a bit cold.
