The hotel is very close to the beach as well as the port. It is a great location for people heading for the airport.Besides, the hotel staff is helpful and enthusiastic despite speaking little English. The restaurants nearby are also great. What's better, there are a 24-hours supermarket and a big drug store next to the hotel.

It is a little bit inconvenient for us to call the reception first if we need to use Onsen.

The room was good. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was easy to use and effective, there was a TV that you could actually watch for free without having your own TV license details and the chairs were more comfortable than most. Additionally I really enjoyed using the private onsen-like baths on the first floor. I had to wait a little while (just in my room) on the Saturday but got straight in on the Sunday and this was during golden week weekend. The staff were friendly too and a couple of the older gentleman were using a little English even though it wasn't necessary.

Breakfast was underwhelming. The all you can eat part has quite a small selection (rice, curry, miso soup, eggs to crack over rice and two bread options) and whilst these things were fine. The lack of variety was keenly felt. There was a prepared plate of three items - an egg in a cup that was too cold and hard for me to enjoy, a protein (chicken one day, tofu burger the other) and a fish dish that was great and these things change a little each day. The venue was pretty decent and not cramped like some other hotels, but the lack of variety in the breakfast is the only reason I'm not giving a 10.

They have 5 private Onsens you can use during your stay. Super nice. Great value for money. Parking lot in the back. Really friendly staff. Convenience store across the street. Really good for a cheap hotel.

You have to ask to adjust the temperature in your room. When you take your key out of the light the plugins also stop working.

My family stayed at the room on the top floor. The bathroom and bathtub are huge. The hotel provides free on-site parking and just next to 24 hours MaxValu.

I felt welcomed and had a refreshing stay while traveling through beautiful Mie prefecture. Local restaurants, department stores and shopping streets a walk away.
