The accommodation was comfortable for our stay. My friends and I had to split into separate rooms, but they were able to set our rooms close together. The staff was very helpful during check-in as well. The station is quite close to the hotel as you can literally see the sign as you exit from the station and there are some eateries that you can take advantage of during your stay if you weren’t able to catch the hotel breakfast. They were also able to provide the staple amenities like towels and various toiletries. Overall, a great, affordable stay!

We generally got what we expected for what we paid for. No major complaints here.

Yamaguchi is a narrow city laid out between the mountain range and the river, real hard to get lost.

I'm cycling Japan, NOT in a car. Every time I returned to the hotel , although it's pretty obvious I'm a guest at the hotel, the parking idiot gave me a hard time. As far as I can tell when someone insists on taking twice the space because they're riding an automobile they get it for free, absolutely shameful.

The staff were really nice and assisted us when we had troubles with our room card. The facilities were also good and breakfasts was a really nice bonus.

Just be aware of the amount of luggage you take with you as the room might be too small for all of it.

There was someone moaning in the hallway continuously at 1:30am. I know the company can’t control that, but I didn’t like it.

It’s a good hotel, no complaints really. It was convenient for the transport that I wanted to take and good place to sleep.

The WiFi was unusably slow. The location is pretty boring. Just a few restaurants nearby. I should have checked this when I booked.
