Booked for a relaxing birthday weekend. We got the cottage type? The one with the terrace near the reception area. Everything was great. Bed was really comfy, bathroom and toilet was clean, the bbq experience was fun! The staff was friendly and helpful! It was perfect because we went there during off season and there was only few guests that time. Will come back for sure! Keep up the good work. Not really a dislike but a suggestion maybe? I suggest they should clean the windows at the bathroom properly? Other than that no bad points at all.

Very quiet place, perfect for holidays, I stayed during 8 nights and it was the perfect choice. The hotel was perfect, the room was quite big, with a bathtub, air con and water dispenser inside the room. They even made my bed and changed my towels every day. There's a 7eleven shop 5 min walking distance and a family mart with ATM 10 min walking distance. There's plenty of restaurants around, but take cash with you!. If you want to go to the train station, there's a bus passing every one hour by the behind street and it just takes half an hour to Tagane Station. Bring your international adaptor

They don't have fitness facilities.

Nice, cozy place with separate huts for guests. Japanese style with tatami mats. Very helpful receptionist. Close to the beach and several seafood restaurants. We were there in April and everything is really empty, so you have the whole beach to yourself.

Public transportation is difficult, the only busstop to get to the next train station is 2.7 km away. But ordering a cab through the reception was no problem and so we could easily reach the train station about 9 km away and get to Narita Airport from there.

We book a cottage view room. The space of the room is just nice, and my medium-sized dog loves the room. It also comes with a BBQ area for each cottage which is good for family that have pet or children.

During May season during our stay, lots of mosquitoes and insects. For BBQ dinner, we have booked 3 days and the fish daily the same and its salty. It is good that it can change daily with different types of fish and seasonings.

Value for money during off season, Breakfast (have to walk to a restaurant in a nearby compound) Water fountain inside the room that saves a lot of time,plastic and money.

Our building was not barrier free so had to climb a flight of stairs to reach room on 2F. Smoking area is just outside the Reception room door so you can't escape the smoke if it is being used while you are entering or leaving it. There seems to be a stink in the parking area (could be from sewage tank underneath)

It's really calm, great place to relax, great seafood restaurant nearby and cool surfschool K'surf down the coastal road. We had a great time. The hotel staff was extraordinary nice.

They clean in the morning, so you gotta get up in time. I'd have apreciated if there would have been a chair or couch in the room

Whoever owns this place knows how to build/setout a hotel. Very, very, very tidy & exceptional quality throughout, from textured wallpaper, mood lighting to the barstool area. We actually head dinner next door before checking in not knowing the restaurant was part of the hotel. The dinner was amazing even with some lobster in the set menu. However, best thing was this gorgeous women who bent over backwards to look after us. kudos to her, & a A for effort. The hotel looks to be a great set up & would love to see it operating in the peak of summer. There is not only the main hotel but also small villas & trailers onsite. Check in was seamless & we were provided a carpark for free onsite. There is no lift but shouldn't be an issue if you travel light. Then the room walking in the entrance hall was narrow but the fit out made up for that & the room was absolutely immaculately presented. the barstool/ bar area is very clever & presents an excellent way to enjoy the space. There are also two options 2x western style beds & Tatami Japanese style futons separated by sliding doors. The bathroom was flawlessly clean & very nice. Location wise the beach is close by Will definitely come back this July/August.

The place is clean, and it is close to the beach.

The camper is comfortable but it is too small for three adults. There was a big queen size bed, and there was a bunk bed, however bund bed is too narrow so I won't recommend for an adult to use.

We just didn’t like the smell of the toilet inside the trailer. A little smelly and better if there’s a bidet.

Great location 5mins walk from the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quality accommodation and a great option for travellers with pets. Breakfast was lovely.
