I spent quite some time trying for searching accommodation in Aktau as most of the facilities looks old. By the time of my booking, Aston did not appear in the front row perhaps due to being a new hotel. I was instantly impressed by the picture and later proved to be a very proud choice. It’s modern and clean, very comfortable staying. The staffs are also very helpful provided very timely suggestions to few of my question. The airport transfer was also very helpful. Definitely worth it!

A small suggestion would be to negotiate an earlier opening for the breakfast at the cafe as many tours started early in the morning, and there is limited options in the morning at the neighborhood.

Super new hotel. All rooms are modern and well equipped and look fine. Big and spacious bathrooms with large shower. One of the few hotels in Kazakhstan that we stayed at, that provides free bottled water. The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan. The location is great, not far from good restaurants and places to see. There is also a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast.

At the beginning you sign a list for possible property damages. Makes one feel a bit like a suspected criminal.

It’s a small hotel in the old city center. 10 minutes walk from the sea. The hotel is new, the rooms is great for short stay. Great choice of TV Channels. A supermarket is 100 m away, a small cafe right inside the hotel building. Great value for money.

A lot of people come to Aktau for tours in Mangishlak I would suggest to find an opportunity to offer breakfast from 7 a.m. First impression when you get into the room that it’s too stuffy in it. We opened windows and it helped. There is AC in the room.

Brandnew place right in the middle of the area where I wanted to be. Nice coffeeplace downstairs. Ironing board was brought within minutes when requested. Family room was excellent for 2 parents + 2 kids.

Aston Hotel has been a great solution for my days in Aktau, they organized my airport transfer, the location is perfect, close to a supermarket, restaurants, and also the beach Price is good, rooms are new and super clean people at reception are very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend this hotel .

Super clean, very decent and has what takes to make you feel comfortable. The reception staff very courteous and helpful. It’s just 100 meters away from a huge supermarket. Very good location, 30 min to Aktau airport.

It would be great to ensure good wifi connection inside the rooms.

It can be a bit noisy on weekends as all the visitors go down a single corridor from the lift unlike most other hotels.

The facilities are modern, clean and well-maintained. The room was generally very clean. The bed is comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly. Good location.

Very modern room in a modern hotel, had all the amenities needed to have a good stay. Large bed, perfect when you are alone. AC works well!
