have to pay for one more night for 5 hours eariler check-in. And they asked us for moving room during stay because next guest was coming in the morning. Why do we have to move for other guests ?

The room and hotel were very well maintained and clean. It was a very impressivley large room for the price. We had a room in the back of the hotel so it was very quiet and easy to sleep. The women at the reception could not do enough to help us. They did not speak English but we did just fine with Google Translate. You got the sense it was a very well run hotel.

The hotel is a little dated though very clean and well kept. The breakfast was a little simple.

This is a very comfortable and conveniently located hotel. Management accommodated my request for for a very early morning check -in, and the reception person was welcoming and efficient. I also had to depart at an ungodly hour, and the front desk was again very helpful. I found Golden Palace to be well-priced for the high level of comfort and service provided, and I would definitely make it my first choice for another stay in Aktau.

Very comfortable hotel in a good location. Our flight arrived at 2am and the hotel arranged a transfer and check in which was brilliant to have at that late hour. Our room was very spacious and warm and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again when visiting Aktau.

The staff were AMAZING!! Everyone was really kind and very welcoming. The place is located right in the center of the old town. My room was really Big! The bed was comfortable.The wifi worked really well.

Breakfast was not included. It is an older hotel.

The water pressure in the bathroom was too low to wash the first day. When we reported this to the receptionist, he told us to wait until the evening. He said everything will be fine tonight. He said that if not, he would change our room and take us to the 2nd floor. After that, we went to the city. When we came back from the city, there was another receptionist and he reported that the water problem was solved. When I went to our room, I knew that the problem was still the same. We went up to the 4th floor with the receptionist. I showed the problem persists. I was reminded of the previous receptionist's promise to change our room. He informed that only standard room was left. They couldn't help. They were so helpless. I felt sorry for them too.
