The restaurant was not bad, bathtub in the room was amazing, staff was quite helpful (for Kazakh standards). The bed and size of the room was great, too, there is tea and water, so overall the room is really good.

There was a stuffy smell in the corridor. Sometimes you had to ask several times to get your room cleaned. Do not go to the massagist! She is horrible. Bad massage (not strong at all, if you have real problems she is worth nothing), she is overpriced, giving you fake medical analysis which is totally out of place, plus she is even selling really bad overpriced products. Shampoo etc supposedly from France - it is very bad.

The location was very central and close to the sea, bed is very comfortable, clean and good food options, great facilities even though the swimming pool indoors and outdoors was too cold to swim in it even for our kids

The only negative I would say is that sometimes getting something through room service was taking a bit too long and there was no coffee machine in the hotel room

Everything was very nice very accommodating staff. I liked that almost everybody spoke English. All our needs were met. Whenever we needed anything, they were always eager and ready to help.

Shower temperature and water pressure were a little bit low. Water was barely warm on the hottest setting and the water pressure was very weak.

What I love about my experience was how human the staff was. All the members were attentive and always willing to help with a smile. I loved it so much. Kazakh people are warm, polite and beautiful.

Staff were wonderful at helping me with finding trips and excursions. They were so kind and helpful especially Adelya. It all made my time in Aktau really good

Hotel was central to everything. The breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed the variety. Staff were very friendly.

I got an early check-in, staff was very friendly. Beds are comfy, everything was fine and had European standard.

Was led to a smoker's room first, but the fixed it immediately - so, in fact, no complain. Breakfast was abit modest, and paid lunch not too special, but pretty simple for that price level.

The staff were fantastic. Restaurant and room service were excellent. Clean and comfortable.

Couldn’t get a masseuse who took male clients.
