- The view from our room was gorgeous - straight on the lake. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The mattress was super comfortable! The dinner and breakfast were delicious and diverse. - The resort is safe and guarded. It is quiet and great for people looking for quietness and chill. There is free parking. - The staff were polite and kind, very responsive online and accommodated quickly to our situation. They helped us book a great day tour guide at Hell's Gate. Overall, great experience!

Located just on lake Naivasha. Very big and nice property. Staff were helpful.

They do not cooperate with guest who book boat ride with other than hotel. They give punishment to the guest who book boat ride from other company by not allowing them to go from side gate and walk to the main gate which is very far.

My earlier visit, breakfast area was in a very cold location, but during my last visit. they fixed that by adding very nice glass partition , now it is awesome. I would recommend anyone travelling with their family to this great hotel, my daughters can't stop mentioning Burch resort.

Bathroom shower; we had difficulties in getting a warm shower, but it was quickly fixed, they offered a whole new cottage at our disposal.

Staff were very helpful and friendly

The 1st room we booked with ocean view wasn't ready for accomodation. Had a faulty tv, shower head wasn't up to standard and had two beds as opposed to the 1 i had specifically requested. They did move us to a better room though which improved the stay but no ocean view.

The family rooms are really large and well furnished, enough for a large family. The swimming pool was great, with a good kids play area. Being right on lake Naivasha was a plus

I had expected to be able to cook for myself in the family room, but the cooker was not functional. I wish this was communicated in advance as it made me waste food I had bought

The staff was quite welcoming and helpful, the food was good from breakfast to dinner with a good range to choose from. Generally it was good value for money.

The room had no enough towels like hand and face towels, bath mats and robes but everything else was superb.

Breakfast was good. I especially enjoy soup in the morning over coffee/tea. Consider keeping soups in the b/fast menu.

Would have been nice if it open it all the way to the lake for guests to walk and access lake activities directly from the resort.

Excellent location, still new with some parts that still have to be completed, but overall an excellent quality price relation! the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast good as well.

as the road to get to the rooms is not completed yet, it gets a bit dusty and bumpy to get there by car. They could provide at breakfast better options for coffee rather than only instant coffee!

The cottages are very peaceful and the view of Lake Naivasha was spectacular especially during sunset

Good rooms, good pool and good breakfast! We had a problem with the boat tour booked and they solved so fast. Good staff assistance!

cleaning can be improved but it is not bad!
