A spectacular all-inclusive resort with zebras, giraffes, and waterbucks grazing on the property. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is attentive. Upon check-in, you are greeted with a hot towel, chocolate, and juice. The buffet meals are sumptuous, with lots of options. There is also a pool, gym, and play area for the kids.

The only thing not included in the rate is the drinks, which are charged separately. So one must pay for bottled water at meals (although there are complimentary bottles in the rooms). I think including water at meals would be appreciated. At breakfast, a water dispenser was available (but not at lunch or dinner). Including the water dispenser at all meals seems like a fair ask. They do include coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, which is great.

The resort exhibits wild animals and lush greenery, with extremely attention and warm staff. The rooms are outdated and ours smelled a bit like mold but it was very clean and opened up to a beautiful garden where you could see zebras, a variety of birds, turtles, rabbits, and we saw a giraffe! The playground for children needs more work, there are just a few swings but they put up a bouncing castle which was great entertainment for children. The food buffet exceeded my expectations, it was excellent and good value for money. The best part was the staff, honestly so kind and helpful. We left a night early because our toddler got a fever and the indoor physician didn’t have any medicine at hand. We will definitely come back.

The location on the lake is outstanding and the opportunity to see so many animals close at hand is magical. Some staff, Hesbon at check in and Eric in the dining room were very good as were many others, including Timothy the Askari who took me to see the hippos. Unfortunately some other staff were not so helpful or agreeable. Beds are comfortable but would love the rooms to be more authentic in colour and design, they are all rather bland. I appreciated having a room not too far from the restaurant as it’s a long walk to room number 84 if you are staying there! Food is tasty and varied.

Music around the pool is intrusive, especially when the sound of bird song is so amazing but it couldn’t be heard in this area. Disappointing to have to pay extra for a light lunch around the pool when on an all inclusive package. I have stayed in many camps in Kenya and this was simply too large and corporate for me.

location in relation to Nairobi and Crescent Island love the animals roaming in the grounds and background of the lake The waiting staff in the restaurant are excellent

The bar staff don’t have a clue about the drinks they are serving. I have been twice this year and both times got the wrong tonic or type of drinks, especially from the gin menu, and they don’t seem to think it’s important to tell you they don’t have all the right ingredients. The fitted carpets in the dining room and bedrooms definitely need a refresh or removal. They look grubby round the edges and give a jaded image.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the grounds beautiful and unique, the animals just beneath my balcony as good or better as any game reserve. Meals were ample and delicious - fabulous fish but the buffet had plenty of choices for any palate. A delightful stay.

The room decor could use some freshening up but the animal viewings from my balcony and outside of our meals were marvelous. Wonderful spot.

This is a luxury hotel on the lake Naivasha. All houses and common territories are finely designed. It has plenty of beautiful grass territory, on which zebras, giraffes, and some others live. In the dark, hyppos are coming out from the lake to feed on the grass. The common grass area around the houses is protected from the main territory via a small wooden fence, including electric fence. So it is possible to watch the whild life directly from the room, a balcony, of safely from outside, like in a big theater. During the day, the gates to the main grass therritory are open and it is very nice to walk together with zebras and giraffes (hyppos spend the day in the water and do not come on grass). There are plenty of monkeys and birds on site. The food is good. And there is extended selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Nice wooden bar in the lobby. Live piano music at dinner.

The pool and the small area around it did not seem much attractive. The drink at the pool could be better for this luxury hotel. We do realize however that the main value of the hotel is site seeing or aminal seeing in quite a luxury setting. And the climate here is less suitable for swimming. Warm in the day, but fairly cold in the morning and evening.

The location is amazing. Buildings are beautiful. Food is tasty. Pool area is nice. Animals in the garden are magical.

The hotel did not answer at all questions asked through booking.com. The price for one night was high, more than 450 eur, and all the drinks, also water for dinner, was extra cost. In the room was ants. the mosquito net has gaps where the mosquito could fly in.

The location ensures that we always come back here.... even if it is to see the ever changing landscape that seems to be the case. The view from our balconies was absolutely brilliant. The animals came to visit ....

Arrived when a wedding was going on ...so noisy. We had young family members .....children under 4 years old.... we had the last room on the complex.... aan exceedingly very long (romantic) walk for small legs. We had two nights and quickly realised that it didn't do to "forget" things in the room. Being singled out by swimming pool attendant to be "told off" for using more than one towel ( there was six of us.... we had seven towels.... we promptly put one back) ....when other (white) clientele were clearly doing the same, and not a word was said to them..... soured what should have been a good memory of the place!

Zebra’s, giraffe, etc welcome you in the garden! What could be more exciting? At night hippo’s join the fenced-off parts. Great staff and good food and rooms with fantastic views.

Nothing really to fault!

The Park at the Resort is amazing. You see Zebras, Giraffes, Waterbucks and other animals in that park very close. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The houses are nice.

As the temperature in Naivasha is dropping in the evening, the pool temperature is really cold. A heated pool would be a good improvement to enjoy the swimming. It could be done with solar panels without additional cost for electricity.
