Pool although it was not clean

They didn't let us take breakfast before our tour, even though it was served and ready they where mad we even asked to take breakfast 10 minutes before serving time. Staff charged us drinks but didn't provide a invoice amount per drink so we can't split within our friends. 1 room didn't have ac remote so it was awful to sleep at night.

The staff was very helpful and very attentive! The outside area and the room had a great view over Buzios. Breakfast was very good.

The room needs renovation. The extra blankets are too old and a bit smelly.

The view is espectacular. We stayed in room number 2 which had a view to the sea from all the windows. I liked the extra large suite.

The breakfast could have had nicer options.

We did not know that in order to have the room cleaned that we had to give our room key to reception.

The hotel was perfect! We got an amazing view from the room, as well it was super clean and the staff super helpful!

without mentioning all of the issues: The room was tidy, but far from spotless. The view from the bedroom was very impressive, but the windows were dirty, which was a shame since this is a big selling point of the hotel. Various things didn’t work in the room. The safe wasn’t working (we were assured the staff were trustworthy…) and one of the taps in the bathroom sink didn’t open (the owner told us this was intentional, since there was no hot tap) and the taps were falling apart. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly (either very cold or just a fan). We spoke to reception who didn’t offer many solutions, advising someone would check the air con right away, but that didn’t happen until the following day. The owner spoke with (cornered) us at breakfast and pointed out that these weren’t actually problems, then later came to our room with a key to the safe, followed by further defensive remarks while we were trying to relax after breakfast. it’s a shame our feedback wasn’t considered. The breakfast was basic but the staff were very friendly so that helped to clear the air.
