The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fruits, breads and juices. My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights in a very large and comfortable suite (1403). We also had a great dinner at Bourbon Bistrot which we highly recommend for anyone looking for a sophisticated dinner. The dishes we ordered were delicious and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Only the Bourbon SPA didn't work well when we were there, as my wife and I booked a 1h30 session and faced some problems regarding our reservation.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were stunning, very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was brilliant as it was a short walk to the main street (Rua XV de Novembro)

Not the hotels fault at all - We updated our booking on Booking.com and that updated pricing wasn't sent to the hotel, just the date changes. Thankfully the hotel sorted everything out for us.

The staff was great.

The room had no double glazing letting a lot of noise in. The room also had a distinct smell of mold. Water took sometime to heat up, specially in the sink. We had to let the water run for a few minutes before we got some heat.

The staff was very polite, especially Mariah and Matheus, who gave us great recommendations for Bars and Restaurants.

Pool was very tiny, packed with children and careless parents. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Very chic hotel in central location. The pool was lovely and very nice to have. The breakfast was excellent, great choice. I had dinner here and it was excellent, great service and delicious food.

The consumption at the check-out was charged wrong, it was another person's consumption, but as we were in a hurry, I saw it just after we left.

The location is the prime advantage of this hotel. The breakfast is great with a lot of healthy options.

The hotel is well located in the centre. lovely amenities, specifically the pillows and shampoo/conditioner were great. Big spacious room, which allows both for air conditioning and heating. very nice lobby and amazing breakfast.

I would have been great to have some water in the room, and for staff to speak a bit more English. The stairs at the pool were almost broken and they need to be changed asap, before any accidents can happen.
