The property is located in a great area, which allows you to do a lot of things by feet… you can walk to very nice restaurants and stores. It’s safe. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a very friendly staff. The staff were nothing short than amazing. We had a problem with our room bathroom sink not draining , and the shower taking forever to heat up, but the staff where prompt to try to help and when they couldn’t , they moved us to another room . It was a pain but easy transition . They did make up though when they let us have a late check out. These things happens and it’s how you respond to them it’s what makes a difference. The breakfast was amazing and their gym and sauna super nice . Overall I give 5 stars and can’t wait to come back.

Bed is very comfortable.

Three days before the stay I arrived in the hotel with different reservations and told them I needed to cancel one guest from the reservation I had done through Booking.com and it wasn’t possible even 3 days after the reservation date. I had to pay for two guests in a room although there was just one guest, just because it was done through Booking.com and it could not be canceled. I was not adviced and I was surprised at check out. The hotel should have explained me better in the check in.

Nice spacious room, clean hotel. Enough good restaurants on walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The hotel is very close to a good selection of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Small bathroom. The facilities are a bit old but well maintained. The gym was closed.

I have been staying in this property for many years in my trips to São Paulo simply because of its convenient location, easy access to all places I need to visit and be when I am in SP

bathrooms need update they removed minor amenities as coffee machine and tea pot in room; no more slippers or a robe unless you call for it; the curtains are a lit worn out ( old)

The place was really nice. In a good part of the city. The staff was very helpful, professional. The restaurant staff was very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend.
