Each should be authentic to its theme—Italian should feel truly Italian, Mexican should reflect Mexican cuisine, and Indian should remain Indian. Secondly, the beach could benefit from a drink service. It doesn’t have to include cocktails, but at least beer, water, soft drinks, and prosecco. Instead of having staff solely collecting empty cups, they could serve drinks. This service could even come with an optional fee, such as $10 per day. Lastly, the housekeepers shouting between units early in the morning can be a bit disruptive and should be addressed."

It is a nice and big property. Nice pools and areas to relax and have a good time. Platinum rooms are spacious and the bathtub is really nice. Beach beds at Bavaro Beach (there was always availability). The beach is beautiful as well. SoHo restaurant is excellent. Tip: stay in a Platinum Room to have access to special areas and restaurants. It is really worth it.

Staff should be better trained (it is management's fault, not their fault). Maids and maintenance staff are screaming all the time to each other and this disturbs you a lot in the room. Alcoholic drinks are not so good (low quality) - understandable for all inclusive, but it could be a bit better. Wasabi and El Gaucho restaurants are bad. Avoid them (have your dinner at SoHo or the Italian ones).

exactly like the photos, the rooms are very spacious! the resort is so big that they have trains that pick you up and take you around the hotel - runs from around 7am-2am, about every 10-15mins. Helpful tip: if you miss that train, be prepared to walk to the lobby lol. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful - they really made my stay that more special, tips given were well deserved. There’s something that caters for everyone. I really enjoyed the beach and the food trucks that were there, nothing was lacking for me. Definitely book the restaurants in the hotel, they’re so worth it! Everything that was stated was included, there were no hidden costs. I would definitely stay here again.

wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want to be around kids. the stairs to the room if you’re on the 3rd floor became very tiring to climb. whilst their are multiple buffet options, there is a decent amount of variety but also a lot of repeated items. if you run out of dollars, atms will not give you dollars.

Property was beautiful. Rooms were nice. Staff was also supportive. Beach was clean.

We went on weekdays . So the activities were very less . Even on both nights they cancelled the night show . Reception person was telling that show is at beach and person on beach was telling to go on thetre for show. But in total nothing was there on the name of events . Also Disco should be on in 24*7 club which was not there.

This place was excellent for the money I paid. The beach is practically perfect. The sea... Perfect. The pool is kind of a scene, particularly in the later afternoon. Lots of partying. But there are so many places to hang out if you want quiet. I think there was a whole other pool. The food was good. Not amazing but very good. There are lots of choices. Our room was large and very pleasant. Sort of modern. Lovely bathroom. The restaurants were all very enjoyable. The staff were lovely. The grounds are kept beautifully. The coffee shop is also a pleasant surprise. It's a really massive resort and we walked a ton which we liked, but there's also a shuttle. Lots of birds and a few kitties. We enjoyed them! Peacocks.sound like dying children but you get used to it. Lol

So, I am not a buffet person. I get nauseated by all the food and people hovering around. Although the breakfast buffet was pretty good (for a buffet), the lunch buffet was stressful. We got snacks at the food truck and took them to the beach. There are tiny mosquitoes, no screens on the sliders. So bring bug spray or pay an exorbitant amount at the shop. Sunscreen is $40, a bag of chips $12 (and so on). Nothing was a big problem really.

Amazing location and resort. The beach is great with blue water and clean. You have everything you need within the resort, no need to go anywhere. The food is great and a big choice. The a la carte restaurants are a nice variation from the normal food buffet if you get bored. I liked the free roaming birds all over the property, it gave it an exotic feeling. Free beer and soft drinks also available in the room mini fridge.

The staff is not friendly. We’ve met a few very friendly members but overall, the staff is not happy to be there. You get some funny looks sometimes when ordering, they either forget your stuff or don’t even ask what you want. The a la carte restaurant Pescador was awful. Besides having to make a reservation 1 day before with a dress code (not everyone adhered to that), the food was bad, nothing wow, it took ages to get a drink or be served by someone. We left half way through our meal and went to the normal buffet.

Variety of restaurants and easy to make reservations, daily entertainment, smart separation kids and adults, nice and clean rooms, our room was precise in the middle from the reception and the beach making it just a 5 minutes walk both ways, free parking.

I love the clearness of the property,the cabanas on the beach although you had to pay the service it was worth The hotel security it was excellent

I got the impression that every time we needed help or any information the members of the hotel passed us from person to another person . You have to talk to different staff members to get something resolved

The beach was clean. The hotel has a huge territory with a mangrove park on it's center and lots of peacocks and other birds walking around. There are lots of options for bars and restaurants and the food and drink quality was great.

The Wifi connection was very slow or sometimes it simply wouldn't load pages despite being connected with full signal. The Mexican restaurant was horrible and the Japanese Restaurant was also not great.

The property was beautiful. The staff was always working to maintain a clean environment. The private beach and pool with the wildlife was a major plus.

The room smelled like mildew. We didn’t notice it at first but the next day when we woke up we noticed that we had a slight headache and the room had a distinct smell. They tried to relocate us but each room smelled worse than the one we had.
