Efficient check in. Very well furnished rooms provided with required amenities. Colourful lobby and large screen TVs all around to watch latest Champion Trophy 🏆 matches . Courteous and well dressed staff . Good menu for buffet breakfast at the Spice It. Packed breakfast provided in view of early morning departure . Overall a pleasant stay as in all other IBIS hotels that we have stayed at in the past . Special mentions : Chef Shubham . Security staff Ms Sadhna in particular for assisting my wife to get into the Car everytime while leaving the Hotel and arranging a cake as my wife was celebrating her birthday .

The electronic room keys became non functional / operative frequently which required us to get them replaced or rectified 3 times . Slow service for our meals in the evening hours . Room rent paid while checking in did not reflect in the bill while checking out !

Breakfast spread was good. It was tasty. The staff enquired and made hot omlettes and dosa. They also prepared hot tea separately. The lady named Sadhna at the front desk is very cheerful and nice. She played with my kids and were very fond of her.

The hotel room is very small compared to a 3 star property. The bathroom is extremely small. They have made it like a air plane washroom.Lack of proper ventilation. The staff response is very slow. They sometimes don't pick up calls.The staff of the hotel is new mostly and does not know much about the place and cannot guide. The A la carte menu in the hotel is very limited and overpriced. The staff also does not have much idea about the dishes and thus cannot help with any recommendations.

Comfortable and cozy

The check in.. i had informed i was traveling from Mumbai and need early check in but they didn't do anything nor informed. Would have seen another hotel

Breakfast was good. Easily accessible location . It is towards Industrial Area, so don't except great views. Very nice, hospitable staff. The security lady is very helpful.

Room Hygiene and cleanliness may be improved. A bit more is desired for room size. Dining area becomes congested during morning breakfast.

The stay was good, room was clean.

The buffet food was very average. The staff while check out informed with a bullyish attitude that we may have to pay the half amount of the rooms if we stay longer than 12.45 pm.. We were not informed about the same previous night when we asked for the delayed check out by the previous person who checked us in. We checked in late at 9.30 pm and we requested for a delayed check out that too for mere 1 hour or so, for which the staff agreed as well.They should have conveyed the same when we asked for the delayed check out which they did not.

Break fast was good.

You have kept lady staff at Entrance who not able to pick luggages and drop at cab.

The rooms were good and comfortable

The rooms were not ready , until post check in time. The food portions were not value for money. Breakfast was decent, spread could be better. We were given a room on the smoking floor, whenever we stepped out and back the entire room would smell of smoke.

Staff whether it is the housekeeping staff, security or the staff at the bar. They are extremely welcoming and helpful at all times.

Rates of staying as well as food rates were too high. I think the cost could be reduced. And if you can expand the hotel amenities like swimming pool, garden etc would be better.

Good location. Well maintained. Worth the pricing. Mostly was looking for pet friendly hotels and they allow pets, so in all met my expectations.

Food buffet variety options for breakfast can be further looked into. It’s not that I dint like but felt for pricing the options were quite limited for people who prefer Food without onion and garlic.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were super helpful. However, me and my family felt there was some strange smell in the rooms. But apart our stay was good.

The rooms were smelling and even after switching on the ac the rooms were still smelling.
