The stuff at the lobby and at the restaurant are so friendly and do there best to satisfy guests..The apartments are big and got everything in. The sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and well maintained. There is a good grocery shop in the parking room..

The carpets were not clean..The food quality in the breakfast needs improvement. The gym needs more machines..

The apartment is big and very clean and offers a lot of features, including a kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The bed is big and very comfortable. This is like your own house in a hotel. The breakfast was great and they offered a lot of different food at breakfast. There is also a familymart (supermarket) in the basement of the hotel.

I would have preferred a water gallon (machine) in the room instead of 2 free bottles of water.

The beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. TV in each bedroom. Spacious & complete amenities bathroom. We were very enjoyed our stay during New Year's eve. They also decorated our rooms with baloons and many beverages compliments foe welcoming new year. Nice job Fraser.

The car parking though quite confusing, minim road sign. We needed the security team to guide us out.

I love almost all part of it🥰 1. The room is well-decorated, spacious, and very homey. On top of the usual hotel facilities, the room is also equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, as well as kitchenware sets. You can also borrow iron and hairdryer if you need. There is even a small section dedicated for you to wear make up and a large wardrobe to put your clothes inside. The bathroom is very comfortable to use. the shower room and the bathtub are among the largest i have ever seen. 2. The staff is generally very friendly, and will try to accomodate ur request. 3. The hotel is situated within central business district

There are almost nothing to dislike about this place. In fact it makes me sad to bid farewell with this hotel LOL. It is just so homey. But if I have to nitpick, there are MINOR things that could be improved: a) the breakfast option is rather limited so it would be great if the menu is more diverse and varied. b) sometimes the operator take a long time to take ur phone calls. But again they are very kind and accomodating so no worries 🥰

A great place to stay even for longer. My apartment was clean and you have everything you need there to feel comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool and the gym room is also okay. The restaurant inside the building is maybe not the cheapest one but they make great and really fresh food. I would start there again in case I'm coming back to Jakarta...

I liked the variety of food served at the breakfast buffet. The bed and the room are clean and spacious. The working area is good. The toilet and the bath and bath tub are clean. A/C is working fine.

The connection to the WIFI using Iphone and Ipad was troublesome. Difficult to getaccess to the hotel link as the pop-up to input the password doesn't come up. The comforter already have some stain marks, possibly fungi.

Full equipment Kitchen with wash machine , A shopping center with many restaurants ,ATM and guardian shop in front of the hotel. Big swimming pool, GYMS 24 hours open ,jacuzzi, sauna, basketball. Shampoo shower gel are good products, smells good

If can recommend some guides for tourists

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment with 1 bedroom and all the needed house requirements were available, new, cleaned and the location is fantastic in the center of the city. I highly recommend to stay at Fraser Place if you have a planned trip to Jakarta.

There were many staff that were friendly and whom kept the place spotless. The apartment was very spacious. Buffet breakfast was decent. Pool was large a bit cold but nice to swim in.

At 4:30am every morning the Islamic call to prayer is blasted over loud speakers and wakes you up, it’s basically impossible to sleep through and I was on a high floor. Traffic is chaos around the area but that’s probably the same for the whole of Jakarta.

Very satisfied with the breakfast quality and diversified menus. Servers were very kind.

There was an intensive odor coming out from the washing machine sewage when the AC was off. It was hard to bare.
