The WIFI was free and did the job. The hotel is right next to the freeway but I was never bothered by traffic noise. So getting to where I needed to go was handy. It also is very close to the Airport which also was very handy. Their airport shuttle was quick. My French is awful but the staff were friendly and didn't mind. I would stay there again. All in all, a decent place to stay. I picked this hotel over another that was in the same area that was cheaper because they included breakfast.

Since I was on a business trip, my needs were pretty simple, - bed and Breakfast. What was there to complain about?

Most comfortable beds and pillows!! Rooms are super clean! Nice variety in breakfast menu. Male receptionist is so kind and helpful, didn't get his name but I appreciate you as your colleague had no idea how to do her work and you had to step in to help! Location is great. Value for money. Bus stop and train so close to front door.

Female receptionist was a young incredible unknowledged girl. Booked for 2 nights and I had to figure out I needed a parking disk or pay extra for parking, asking if I get the second night for parking free as I am booked for 2 nights she had no idea I needed a parking disc and told me I needed to pay for the second night. After I asked why as I am booked in the second night and parking is included in the room per night. Luckily the kindest man took over and help me out. The second day returning from an outing my door card was deactivated. Same girl assisted and she had no idea how to access the system to activate my room card. Why was my room card deactivated is beyond me. Unfortunately homeless are there and a nuisance but the hotel calls the police very fast. Thank you for that.

The staff is wonderful! This was our second stay within the last eight days…we stayed here in Jan 24th as well…and while the stay on the 24th was ok (only because of the VERY firm mattress), this stay was lovely. The bed was super comfy. The room was very clean and cosy. I spoke with one of the staff as we left to tell them that. I noticed that the hotel is under renovations…and I asked if the beds were part of the upgrades…because we LOVED the bed on this stay. The gentleman indicated that the upgrades were on going, but they would be pleased to accommodate us when we return in November for our next adventure 😊. Really quite happy with our stay…and we will be returning with another couple who will be travelling with us. 😊

Only SOME of the beds. And yes, the property has aged a bit…but they seem to be so busy with travellers…I can imagine it is difficult to get a lot upgraded in a short period of time.

We booked the hotel because it was near the airport and had shuttle service to the airport. Worked out wonderfully for us. Our flight was delayed arriving in Montreal at 3:30 am and when we called the shuttle was there promptly. Nice hotel and employees were great. Then again when we left Montreal, we had flights at 6:00 am. A shuttle at 4::00 am got us there with plenty of time. The hotel, itself, was clean and well maintained. Very happy with the results.

They were so nice to me on the phone when I called for a room: furious and exhausted by being bumped from my flight til the next day. They even allowed me to check in early with no fee. The free shuttle was waiting, and the ride ro rhe hotel was quick. The room was pristine and I was able to shower and sleep well for my flight the next day.

I wished they had a restaurant on site-they kinda do, but its only open for breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from a mall and supermarkets.I bought snacks at the supermarket and had dinner at a mall restaurant.

This is one of the good hotel I stayed. beds were good. nice, quiet place, near to airport, alot of option in breakfast, nice staff, shuttel driver (victor) was very helpful, staff was helpful and professional too. good internet speed, almost everything was in washroom, nice clean bed sheets.

price seems very high and breakfast if can start from 05:30am or so, if anybody need to leave early for the airport can have good breakfast before leave. breakfast started at 06:00am (which was also good, just a suggestion).

Everything went smoothly. We checked in on time. Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Gave us recommendations for meal. We stayed 3 days and they shuttled us to the airport to catch the downtown bus to Montreal for sightseeing and picked us up on return. Also shuttled us to the airport for our return flight home. The room was big, The bathroom was large and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A very good place to stay and our room was at the back to traffic noise was not noticeable.

Our first night we were disturbed by a drunk neighbour in the building behind us. No blame to the hotel, we just closed our windows.

We expected 2 queen beds in the suite, but they were king size!

I called from the airport for the shuttle. ( we arrived at 12:30 AM, so it had been a long day) It took us less than 5 minutes to get to the pickup location. We waited for 15 minutes ( hotel is about 3 km away) No shuttle. I called again. I was told that we missed the shuttle and that the driver would be sent again. It took 20 minutes for him to show up. Ridiculous.

Stayed for the night during a long layover at the airport. The process with the shuttle and overall service, combined with the facilities, made it a really nice experience to grab some much-needed sleep. Also appreciated the small breakfast bag, since we had to leave really early before the hotel served breakfast.

No constructive criticism, was a good experience.

When I got there, the receptionist was waiting for me as I had stated that I would be arriving by 10 p.m., which was nice. I was starving, so I asked if I could order some Uber Eats and eat in my room, and they were ok with it. Overall, for a one-night stay that is close to the airport, the hotel is a nice option. But only if you're willing to sacrifice some of the hygienic part of your stay as it is an old hotel.

The place could be cleaner, the rug looks pretty old and not so clean. But overall, the room was ok, the towels and the sheets were clean.
