The breakfast was delicious and they had a great selection of hot, cold, and baked good options. The room was clean, and smelled of fresh clean linens, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff that I spoke with were all very friendly, and helpful. The design of the hotel was very nice and modern and the colors they chose gave a welcoming sense. Overall its a great hotel, it's not too expensive, they offer some good amenities, and I'd definitely recommend anyone who needs to get a hotel to definitely check Hampton Inn out.

I liked everything about the hotel.

Clean, hygienic , great location, welcoming staff. They were considerate enough for let go incidental charge in advance as they were facing payment gateway connectivity issue.

They should provide atleast basic water bottles in the room and toiletries rather than a guest expecting it to be there but didn’t find one. Another $ or two wouldn’t harm and atleast these things will evolve customer’s experience and choice of stay for future.

Good breakfast with typical american things like waffles. The staff is very nice. The comfort is great with working A/C. Nice that there is a swimming pool. Big bathtub.

Some guests were not very respectful at the pool (guys taking chairs out and looking at us women in the pool through the window which is creepy) but that's not the hotel's fault really.

Breakfast was great! Lots of variety and two waffle makers, no line for waffles. Room so comfortable, very quiet, lots of mirrors so people could be getting ready at the same time. Free snack bags to take along also, a godsend at lunchtime.

We had two towels and had to go pick up a third towel at the front desk but they provided one no problem.

The breakfast was good. Coffee great. Property nice.

Well I did not like the barn door on the bathroom. Felt this was not private enough. Cupboard for clothes was very small. They should have used an air freshner in the room. It smelled of dirty socks.

It was very quiet, warm room with nice comfy beds. Coffee, Green Tea downstairs 24 hours and very friendly staff. Clean hotel and felt top-notch. Easy walk to the park and town and the Star Casino (Great food there) and to the Bluewater Bridge. Would stay again and recommend 100%.

Had to leave as our stay had ended.

- The team and the position of the Hotel. - The cleanliness and the friendliness of the service teams in all of them. - The free parking lot and the big space matter to park

- The breakfast with all the plastic. I understand that there is Covid but green is really not. - I would also prefer to have a little more choice of fruit and bread.

The hotel is located at a very convenient place. its a few minutes drive from the USA Border, Casino and less than 4-5 minutes drive to great restaurants and the city!

The pool does not have a enclosed shower or a changing room.

Always choose Hampton because I know what I am going to get.

This Hampton missed the benchmark all others have set. The shower door was missing and staff said it's a bad design. No place to hang hand towel.

Staff was nice, close to things we needed.

The bathroom door was a barn door and while it’s cute, it didn’t provide much privacy like a regular door would. There were gaps. The bed wasn’t not as comfy as I prefer.
