A clean, well kept, modern hotel. Wifi is excellent, the rooms are well laid out, and they have a pool. Sr Ramon is a wealth of information on how to get to the nearby Pueblo Magicos of Tepotzlan (25 to 35 minutes) and Tlayacapan (10 minutes).

Breakfast options are limited in this area, though there is both a well stocked convenience store and a small coffee counter attached to the hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean & comfortable room, quiet garden and pool area.

GPS maps (both Google and Apple) located the entrance incorrectly in the dark gravel alleyway behind the hotel. The entrance is a bit easy to miss on the main road, Avenida Oaxtepec.

It´s well located near hurraine harbor, nice coffee shop aside the hotel. Comfty bed, the rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

We wish the pool could be warmer, as it was cloudy the solar panels aren´t enough so the pool is warm.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Some People were talking at 2am outside out room in the pool area and nobody in the staff told them to be quier or to talkl in the ir own rooms. Pool very cold as well.

Great staff, the hotel has a direct access to a mini market. There is a coffee corner next to the entrance with great coffee. Super close to the water park.

Nothing I would complain for the price I paid.

staff were friendly, but you could not ever find them on the front desk, you had to call or wait for a few minutes until someone showed up and helped you.
