Great location in quite and safe place. Nice rooms well organized in small bungalows around the pool surrounded by a beautiful colorful and fresh nature.

The pool was a bit too cold in the hours without sun but anyway great to enjoy.

Amazing and delicious food! The whole temazcal and massage experience was great and for a very good price. We were very satisfied with our experience at the hotel's spa.

The pool was cold, even though it says here it is climatized. We didn't have hot water in our room, we told the staff and they were very quick to try and solve it, but we never got warm water.

I liked the staff, very nice, sociable and helpful.

Towels and sheets were stained, there was a lot of dust beneath the bed, sink and under it.

The staff was so much helpful and active but the location and facilities was bad,, electricity disconnect at night and there was no TV in the room.

The views of the mountains were great, and the space is in a beautiful location.

The room did not meet our expectations, there were hairs in the bed under the covers, and stains on the sheets. For $180 USD for a night it felt more like a glorified roadside motel than a boutique hotel. We came back late and tired, and had to sleep with our clothes on.
