First of all the stuff!! 10000 out of 10! So caring, they helped us so much with different things like finding vegan food, accommodating cooking vegan for us, getting papaya from the city and the other things. Second is Absolutely stunning surroundings, rooms are spacious, very well designed spaces. Lighting, floors, all details were so very well put together. Spa is above and beyond. Highly suggest to get a tamazcalli package, truly relaxing in a beautiful space.

Beautiful setting. Room was spectacular and the bed was divine to sleep in. Lots of hot water for both of us to shower at leisure. The restaurant and cafe were both excellent and the continental breakfast - with high end pastries was delicious. Highly recommend the fig danish. The 1pm check-out allowed us to climb the mountain without rushing and still make it back in time for a shower and check-out.

The walk in to town is not great - it’s only a few blocks but there is no footpath for most of it and at night time it’s really dark in sections. Just something to be aware of if you are travelling with kids or a group. Surprised there was no milk (or some sort of dairy creamer) in the room for coffee given all of the extra details that were so spot on. The spa ‘experience’ is excellent however the actual massage was not great. I wouldn’t get a relaxation massage here again. The roof top bar was out of service when we stayed. I can imagine that after the renovations it will be spectacular and provide the additional views featured on the website.

Can’t say enough good things about Casa Fernanda! The roof terrace is exceptional, but everything was beautiful, and so comfortable, and the food at both restaurant and cafe was delicious. We also really appreciated the staff, who were friendly, responsive, and accommodating to our needs. A peaceful location but an easy walk to the center of town.

Beautiful hotel - lovely setting, staff are fantastic and very helpful. It's only a short walk to the town centre. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast especially delicious.

The hotel is split in 2, on both sides of a street. I was in the newer building - and my room (14) was very very noisy. There is a garage underneath and from about 7am there is lots of noise throughout the day. It is however quiet during the night and a very comfortable modern room.

The room was beautiful and peaceful with mountain view, flowers and hummingbirds outside of the window. Huge, comfortable bed and bedding. I enjoyed the spa and little pool too. Overall a great place to unwind.

I hadn't been told what was included in the free breakfast (only fruit, pastry and coffee) which was delicious but limited. I don't drink coffee and there was no black tea available. The location is nice and quiet, 10 minutes walk from centre but be aware if you're walking, it's at the bottom of a very steep hill.

The property is so beautiful and well-maintained, and they make your experience special by reaching out before your stay to greet you and make you feel recognized. The pool, spa and restaurant all have very relaxing vibes and you can spend the whole day enjoying the peace and serenity of the place. the aromatherapy presentation on arrival is another great touch!

Our room could have been cleaner, there was a lot of dust under and behind the bed. Really just the places where you don’t normally look weren’t clean so it wasn’t too bad.

Peaceful little haven, really enjoyed the vibes here. Everything was clean, he had everything we needed. They scent the room with an aromatherapy of your choosing, nommm! Staff was nice. We didn’t get to enjoy any spa services, but the food in the restaurant was pretty good.

Great location, short walk to shops and centre. Contemporary hotel in beautiful grounds with private pool, amazing spa and the staff were great. Would highly recommend as a relaxing treat after a stay in CDMX.

Beautiful grounds. Wonderful and helpful staff. Quiet and clean. Hidden swimming pool in a secret garden. Delicious restaurant. Definitely worth the splurge and would return!

The hotel is incredible. Small but with all the amenities, the spa was really nice and the people super nice. Restaurant really good and we have a lovely time
