I loved how nice and cozy this place was! The views from this place of your surroundings are beautiful. It's walking distance from all the popular places within the town. Customer service was excellent as both ladies that took care of us were very nice and welcoming. My favorite part was most definitely the complimentary breakfast! It was so good, and the portions were perfect!

The rooms are a bit small and since I got the room right next to the restaurant, you could hear everything. But its not a deal breaker considering you're at this place to also be out and about in the town.

Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Location is great! Close walk to centro and bus station, but off the main road and no traffic noise. Aesthetics are modern, clean and nice, like the photos. Very safe and secure. Breakfast was excellent. Sheets and towels were soft and immaculate!

Pool is very small. I had a room right next to the office, kitchen and stairway. There was a BRIGHT light shinning in my window at night, but it was turned off after 11pm. In the morning I could hear all the kitchen noise right outside my window. There were not many people staying there and many other available rooms, but I was given this one. I don't like to complain, but wish I was given a different room. Thankfully I am a deep sleeper and also wake early.

The place is beautiful, with an amazing view of the mountains, super modern, clean and really relaxing and peaceful with all the beautiful plants and flowers and the calming music. Breakfast is really nice with fruits, eggs, orange juice and coffee and you can see the attention to detail everywhere! The people are really nice, helping you all the time. I had a small problem with a window I couldnt close at night and the janitor fixed it at 10pm and he was very understanding and kind! The place is just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful city centre and a 15 minute walk to the bus station. So the location is perfect. I would definitely come back and can recommend it 100%! The location is great (close to the centre but in a quiet area), the rooms are lovely, the view is stunning, the food at the restaurant is good and the staff is very kind.

The beds are very very hard, which i'm sure it's fine for most people but I have a shoulder injury so it made my night quite painful and restless. Just something to note.

Property was clean and very well presented. It’s also a few minutes to the town centre. The free breakfast was good (Coffee, Fruit, Huevos Al Gusto).

Bed was too hard. It’s also close to the door and the door is a single pane of glass, so you can hear people right outside. Wifi dropped out on our last day.

This hotel is beautiful, boutique and immaculately manicured. It’s so clean and comfortable. The upstairs rooftop dipping pool is picturesque and pristine. The grounds are secure and beautiful. The staff was very warm, helpful and present but not overbearing. The hotels location to the town was also very close and easy to access. I will def be returning here!

I didn’t love that there wasn’t the option of a small coffee bar or breakfast bites of some kind. It didn’t matter that much but is just nice to have in the morning.

Everything is new and beautifully designed. Easy to get there and park. Many beautiful trees and mountain views. The rooftop is beautiful and quiet. The staff is kind and always there to help. The food is delicious! This is my go to now (I’ve visited many hotels here).

If I have to point out something, it would be the room size, it is small, but don’t really need more and it’s so beautiful para the size doesn’t really matter. The bed is a queen size, so if your want space to sleep, this might be small for some.

Excellent place to stay for a couple of days!

Something you could include in the rooms to improve it is one double sofa. That could definitely bump up the room. If one would like to work more in private, it’d be super useful to have a sofa in your room.

Great location close to the main town but very quiet. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and large and the roof top pool is a great place to relax. Check in was quick and easy and they allowed us to check in 3 hours early as our room was ready. All the staff including the dog were all so friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was really good, the service was excellent.

Bed was a little bit hard and the water in the shower changes temperature suddenly, not sure if it was because other guests were also taking a shower at the same time, other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
