The location is about 15 minute walk to town center, but it's an easy, safe walk and it makes the property quiet and nice. You can see stars and listen to birds. The architecture is modern but cozy, loved the thatched roofs and well-kept gardens. Soap and body lotion are hand made on premises and they are lovely. The bed was super comfy, there are black out curtains and the room was very private. Would definitely stay there again and wholeheartedly recommend.

The pool is very small and is a weird color, also not heated so very cold. The breakfast buffet was tasty but didn't get replenished enough, we had to ask for more coffee and milk, and the egg scramble never got replenished while we were dining. The coffee cake was amazing though.

The property has a nice charm and is very eco friendly. It’s close enough to the Main Street to walk but far enough where it’s quiet for sleeping. Overall beautiful place to stay and the staff is super helpful especially if you’re a tourist. That are more than accommodating and give great advice regarding any itinerary concerns. The bed was very comfortable as well!

Very peaceful place in a very chilled area, near to the center and with an amazing staff.

Because in the middle of a nice and huge garden we found 2 spiders inside the room and the staff helped to remove these and a new room was provided. Apart this surprise in the room all the rest was amazing.

No AC, shower door didn’t shut close,no bell service Wi-Fi was super week unless you were in the lobby

There were people playing very loud music outside of my room while I was trying to sleep on Friday

The garden and balcony view is amazing, calm and beautiful, very quiet.

The swimming pool was too small and water needed change in my opinion.

The staff & ambience was amazing! My family went for the holidays & the staff / hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home. On our way out it was raining & Aldo gave us a personal ride to make sure we made it to our bus on time 💜🙏🏽 thank you so much mocca hotel for a delightful few days in Tepoztlan.

Some of the doors were somewhat difficult to lock and you can hear whats going outside, but that didn‘t bother us
