This is a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views right in the middle of town. The decor and ambiance all feel quite special and breakfast on the roof was very special: amazing food and 360 views of mountains. The hotel has art on every wall which is interesting and stunning. The garden and swimming pool felt very special - an oasis so to speak. Our window had the most stunning mountain view and two small balconies with large opening doors/windows. Our breakfast was delicious - lots of choice and made to order in front of us: on the roof of course But above all the staff are most kind, helpful, proactive and on top of things - super customer service at all times. For example we arrived early and they took our bags and let us park our car all early. The brought drinks to the garden. They brought our bags to our room without even asking. I could go on! We didn't realise until we paid the bill that breakfast was included - wow even better value.

They did have car parking in the lot opposite the hotel - perhaps knowing this in advance might have been helpful. Like many hotels in the mountains AC is not 100% essential. We had a mobile cooler unit but not quite sufficient to cool us. We should have left the windows open but feared mozzies (which never came).

The hotel is overall very lovely. The owner welcomed us warmly and made sure we were comfortable at all times. She gave us a tour of the hotel and offered local drinks on the roof top bar at night from where we had a great view over the town and mountains. The hotel's artwork is definitely a highlight that adds to the cozy atmosphere. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the city centre. Everything was very clean. The pool is small but perfect for a quick swim. If you're ever in Tepoztlan, it's definitely a great place to stay at.

An AC would have been nice but the hotel keeps quite cool naturally during the day and the large windows provide fresh air. At night, it can be a bit noisy because of the dogs and chickens living next door.

Stunning hotel with unbeatable views from the room balconies and the rooftop. We spent a whole afternoon just sitting on the roof terrace and taking it all in! Rooms were modern and nicely decorated and the staff were so lovely and attentive, they really went above and beyond for us.

Everything was great! Only small thing I can think of - because the staff have to let you in and out of the front gates each time you leave/enter, I felt a bit guilty when we had to keep asking them to let us in/out many times. But this was really more an inconvenience for them rather than us.

There is a lot of restaurant and markets nearby walking about 8 mins. The room is very nice. I had a friend’s wedding and the staff helped me in everything: makeup contact, iron, charger, etc. breakfast doesn’t include but you can order it. I recommend the massage (not included).

It’s a little pricey despite it isn’t a city.

Great terraza with wonderful 270o view. The room is very big and light with many windows and well-equipped kitchen. Location is pretty close to the city, but still in a quiet street.

Bathroom could have more light. Room could have less (blackout curtains). No elevator for luggage.
