It is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Its full of little details and hidden areas that gives an amazing vacation and relaxing feeling, and everything perfectly decorated and taken care of. The food is delicious and very well served

There was a problem in our room with the hot water, sometimes it worked sometimes it didnt, and when it worked it took very long to come out, we had to leave the water running like 10 minutes before it started. We reported it several times, and they told us always they would check it but it never really worked. There is a little artificial river in the gardens with some fishes in it, is very beautiful but the water level was very low and the poor fishes were really struggling to keep themselves in the water

The hotel is one of the most peaceful retreats we have ever experienced. Luxurious, beautiful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and the meditation and yoga suites. Reception staff were always on hand to help with any questions and helped order us a taxi and luggage storage upon check out.

Communication of upcoming activities at reception was not the best. Better communication between the spa and the reception would be great. The room was wonderful but small things could have been improved such as, a wifi code upon arrival, being made aware that the bluetooth speaker remote needs to be requested and is not provided. The hotel "manual" did not come with breakfast times and a menu would be useful when ordering room service.

Beautiful property, lovely garden, pools. Large room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The hotel caters to adults who want tranquility and a serene environment in which to relax, take a yoga or a meditation class. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is wonderful with many delicious and healthy options.

Layout, location, amenities, everything was perfect

The room’s bathroom was detached from the room, itself, with a separate key. Had to leave the room to use ot, although the bathroom was private. That made ist quite difficult overnight for getting from the room to it in the dark.

Stunning location in the mountains, beautiful & peaceful gardens with pools, ponds, waterfall, lush green grass and vegetation. The pool was refreshing but not too cold, and the hot tub was lovely and warm. We had plenty of space and peace and had a very relaxing weekend.

The food was just OK, and there were very few vegan options. The power went out for several hours and they only accepted cash payments during that time. Running water was also not working during this time. We had a bad experience trying to leave the hotel; we waited over an hour after they tried calling us a cab (the power outage didn't help this as they had connection issues). We ended up walking back to town because we didn't want to wait any longer. The walk ended up being surprisingly lovely - we went at sunset and the views were beautiful; however, for someone who has trouble getting around or a large suitcase that would have been a huge pain. It didn't seem like they had a proper process in place for arranging transportation for guests.

The Location is Amazing.

The roads going to the resort are appalling. Very rough. Getting out of town was very difficult as well as there was many roads closed and we many many attempts to find another way out of town including having to go up one way streets the wrong way to find an exit.

Very beautiful property! It is located in a great spot in Tepoztlan, it got some great views :) Also, the Breakfast was amazing! Great place to relax and recharge energies surrounded by nature.

Well...we have an incident with a guy who was cleaning the swimming pool...in booking, you can read that the swimming pool is open from 8:00 to 20:00, at arrival they told us 8:00 to 19:00 but this guy starts cleaning the swimming pool without warning us at 17:45 :/ he was very rude and we reported him to the receptionist, who make sure that the next day everything was perfect, so on our last day, we can enjoy a warm jacuzzi and warm swimming pool :) thanks!

Location is superb, breakfast were excellent and the Sunday brunch out of this world. The name, "buena vibra" it is really the most appropriate name for this hotel. You could feel the buena vibra in every step. No TV's in room is a plus. Feel very special when you relax in every corner of the garden. Having the mountains in the green backyard made our stay memorable. People were so kind.

Must improve the internet connection.

Hotel exceeded my exactions, it's beautiful and has many spaces for many activities. I visited for Holistic Fest and it was incredible.

However I would like to point out that the room we were given wasn't the same category as the one we paid :(

Amazing view, amazing food and the service on the restaurant is amazing, the prices are great for the food. We loved it! The staff at the restaurant is amazing, extremly nice and welcoming At the reception they welcome you with such joy

On the pool bar the staff took way too long, it took at least 30 minutes for them to bring us our drinks there is no wifi, something to take into consideration if you are planning on coming here and get some office work done, I also advice you to place your card on the front desk because if you are planning on paying on the pool bar or the spa you will have to go to the front desk to pay
