Cleanliness and first impression were top tier!

For a traveler, you most likely would need amenities. They do have extras which is great but the pool needs to be updated. The floor felt gravely and I’m not sure what would help but the pool and hot tub need a good scrub. It kinda grossed me and my family out, it did enough to get out. But like I said maybe it needed more chlorine or chemicals….im not sure

Breakfast was ok not spectacular the biscuits gravy sausage and eggs are good the potato fries are horrible ..

The breakfast potatoes , if that’s what you have sub it for something else, thing workers should try what they serve for breakfast , and if it’s bad don’t put it out, yogurts expired in August but out in october

This place was amazing I traveled with my 3 grandchildren clean rooms friendly staff great breakfast The breakfast attendant name Aubrey was absolutely amazing very very nice she interacted with my grandson at breakfast and was so very helpful she is truly an asset to the staff at BW plus!!!! Thank you for a great stay

I loved the two room suite. It was the first time I stayed in one in your hotel.

On the second morning of my stay, I was excited that biscuits and gravy was being served. The problem came when the bottom of the biscuits were very hard.

The staff was excellent

Some towels and such had some stains on them. Something was dripping from ceiling in the hall in the morning however staff was attending to it. The shower had a loud squeal the whole time it was running. But all in all in place because of staff.

It was quiet and comfortable

The WiFi could be a little better and sometimes the rates aren’t always the best but not too horrible

Pretty much everything. Too tired to really notice much.

Couldn't figure out how to have desk light on without also having light by door on. Also, Tub seems to be a slightly off angle and did not drain completely.

Room was nice and felt clean great ac Comfy beds

Tv remote needs replaced and showers could use some re caulking to look cleaner but over all had a great stay

The room was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was in a good place. Staff was professional and friendly.

The pool was closed during the heat wave.

The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. You couldn’t anything that was going on in the hallway.

Not a lot of front desk help. Continental breakfast was lacking a little. The staff wasn’t keeping up with refilling items.
