I reserved this room with a little trepidation but was pleasantly surprised. Location was quiet despite proximity to the freeway and very clean. Staff was pleasant and you couldn't beat the price.

You can tell that there was previous water damage coming from the room above and the patchwork on the ceiling left much to be desired. The bathroom ceiling had a little bit of mold as well as a result if this (or guests not turning the ventilation fan on as it is a small bathroom). Both issues could be easily rectified. The mattresses were a bit soft to my liking and the sheets were on the thin side, but I'm not going to take more than one star away for these issues. This isn't a Four Seasons.

Looks like the place could use some work. Leaky ceilings and walls having some pieces of it missing. Also I wasn't aware that there was no elevator and my husband is disabled and had to climb steps to get to our room. If I knew there was no handicap assemble to the 2nd floor I would have booked a 1st floor room.

The check in was very easy. The front desk lady’s were polite. The location was convenient. Very good lightening in the parking lot.

The upkeep of the property is slacking. I also wish there were locks on the entry doors. I didn’t feel safe.

I walk in and was in my room in less than five minutes. Best and easiest check ever!and I traveled for a living for over 20 yrs

All the essentials were present and worked well, including the coffee maker and refrigerator. Since breakfast not until 6:30 am and I wantedto be on the road by then, had to skip that, but supper the night before was a small custom-made pizza from Casey's, less than two miles away, which was delicious and substantial. Bed very comfortable.

This is not a complaint about the motel, but it should be noted that the area straddles two time zones, and it confuses the electronics as well as the humans. Phone says one time, computer says another (you may need to change your alarm). Also to be noted, as a birder, the area is monoculture corn, with all the edges growing nothing but grass and therefore unfriendly to birds.

I made my reservation 3 days before date, I was put in a handicapped room with the shower head that was in need of repair. I didn't eat breakfast and bed was soft. Parking was not delineated so parked trucks took up one and a half parking spaces.
