The location was fantastic if you’re traveling north or south I-65, right off the exit with a clean gas station next to the hotel for easy refill to get back on the road after your stay. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant located inside the hotel that looked nice but we didn’t eat there. We were able to borrow some plates and silverware from it however and use the microwave in our room to heat up dinner we had brought with us while traveling. The rooms are very spacious and I would say larger than your average double queen room. The bathroom as well was roomy and very clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. I imagine all the rooms in the hotel would meet or exceed your expectations. The pool was absolutely fantastic and perfect for families. A quick search will show you pictures of the facilities but I cannot state how much our family loved the slide, the oversized shallow side, and the over all ambiance of the pool. The mural on the wall is so fun to swim next to and there are plenty of chairs and tables to relax and spend lots of time poolside. The continental breakfast was great. All of the usual things you’re used to seeing at a hotel breakfast like ‘make your own’ waffle station, bagels and muffins, scrambled eggs, and a few cold cereals, but they also have hot sausages and country ham slices, a selection of Chobani yogurts to choose from with a ‘topping’ bar with various nuts, seeds, granola, coconut shavings etc. to top your yogurt or hot oatmeal. All very fresh and clean and easy to find something for everyone in the family. Overall a wonderful hotel and a wonderful experience.

The pillows on the beds were a little flat and the bedding itself was a little light but it was around 0 degrees outside when we stayed so it was tough to keep warm everywhere. They also had a water pipe bust on the ground floor right before our stay and there were super loud fans in the hallway drying things out. Obviously not something the hotel expected or could control and they were working to remedy the situation but my kids definitely didn’t like the fans or the cold draft in the morning during breakfast. Overall not much we didn’t like however.

Wonderful landscape - Beautiful barns - and just enough methane aroma to give that “ Down on the farm “ good morning smell. “ Ahhh - it’s gonna be a good day “ Met a real nice farm hand that actually talked with us. Not at us. He really cares about this farm he works on. He took pride in telling us about anything we asked about. Nice guy. He was in his 20’s. What a pleasure just to visit a while. He was very well educated.

The pool!! It is wonderful for small children (mine are 3 & 6). They loved it so much they didn't care to do the cow/pig adventure our 2nd day they just wanted to swim until checkout instead. Also the restaurant was wonderful. The food & service was well worth the price. And the breakfast served by the hotel was great, best hotel breakfast we've had.

We had a 11:00 checkout. 2 times between 10am & 10:23am 2 different staffed knocked on our door to check the status of our room. I didn't really mind the 1st time, but the 2nd was not necessary. I told the first person we were currently packing up. Trying to get myself and 2 small kids dressed and packed is not easy and I was quite annoyed I had to stop what I was doing to answer the door. The 2nd staff member was kind of rude. I stated don't we have until 11? And she just turned and walked away. Why can't they just check at the front desk to see if the room is empty yet??

Had breakfast, pool was awesome.

We had people above us and their kid was running, jumping, etc and it was loud. My Dad and pregnant daughter were trying to take a nap and couldnt. Contacted the front desk and they called up there but after a couple times of calling they said they could do nothing more. I think they should have done sonething more to make guests happy.

Was clean and very nice. We really liked our stay here and plan to come back!

The pool had a lot of chlorine in it so it got foggy and hard to stay inside the pool area. Also the restaurant had great food but ended up taking two hours for a cheeseburger.

So very nice. A welcome respite after getting off of a 32 hour train trip! Booked while on the road and too exhausted to make it home to Ohio. May make another trip with grandkids just to visit!

Nothing. A bit pricey, but we thought it was worth it!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was good.

I’m not sure if restaurant part of the hotel but our dinner was very subpar. My son in laws steak was very expensive and not good at all. Best meal was our grandsons kid meal, a pizza. Very expensive and disappointing.

The breakfast included in the stay was excellent. Good variety, well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower immaculate.

We honestly didn't find anything we didn't like. Service at the desk was excellent. It is a well maintained facility and so convenient with Fair Oaks Farm.

It was the right distance to spend the night after viewing the eclipse in Rockville, Indiana! We were exhausted, so a hardy meal at the restaurant and comfortable room & beds completed our day! Breakfast in the morning was wonderful since there was such a huge selection.

I cannot complain about a single thing.

The uniqueness of the setting, the resort-type extras such as the restaurant, bar, market, etc., and proximity to friends made it very special. A decent complimentary breakfast, availability of coffee, water, etc.

The cost of the room when the bed and pillows were not very comfortable and we were constantly woken up by slamming doors, hallway noise, etc.
