The hospitality by every member of the hotel was amazing. Wonderful job and giving such a warm welcome. Smiling faces and accommodated for us getting to the property super early.

The only thing I wish would have had a later time frame was breakfast. Since we are central time, but hotel runs on eastern, we were living in our minds, 1 hour behind, so we missed breakfast.

Easy parking on site. Beds were comfortable. Carpets looked quite new and very clean. Breakfast was quite basic but had delicious warm cinnamon rolls.

the pull out couch had a very thin mattress and was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Every time my son moved we woke up. Elevators were not working and we had a lot of luggage. Although my booking stated we were 5 guests, the sofa bed was not made up.

We were able to check in early and the staff members were very friendly. The hotel was very quiet, and the room was very large and comfortable. The bed was great, and my husband & I slept well. The water pressure was strong, and the breakfast was hot and tasty!

Only some minor things. There was a bit of mold in the shower. Also, the conditioner bottle had shampoo, which I wasn’t expecting. But, very minor!

I hated that Fox News was on in the lobby during the breakfast service. Some of us aren't in the mood to have "alternative facts" forced upon us.

Breakfast was really good. Our suite was clean and comfortable and the housekeeper got me a comforter for the sofa bed so I was more comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely a nice stay.

room was clean and breakfast was good. my room had a nice view of swimming pool. enjoyed typical american styje dinner at iron skillet restaulant with walking distance.

none, but I needed to pay attention to the time zones because it was EDT at the hotel and CDT at other place nearby.

We needed to be in Remington for family.

$180 base price the first time, then $170. Way more expensive than other Holiday Inns. Owner has a Super 8 next door. No other facilities close by, so a monopoly, but excessive.

Clean, rooms were big, excellent breakfast and coffee.

People coming in late (1am) and their movement around the hotel was loud.

Well, the receptionist or in-take clerk (Sophia). She was the most adorable, warming, and advocate to one's needs. She was the reason I decided to stay, because of her concern and interest in what me most comfortable.

The food, everyone doesn't eat hard scrabble eggs that aren't real, nor do we eat cheap sausages or patties. Boiled eggs would have sufficient and TURKEY patties, bacon, and sausages, not pork nor beef. Everyone eats "TURKEY".

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great.

There weren’t many options for eating dinner nearby.
