Great location

We didn’t have enough bkfst at 8 very little left

I didn’t like the fact that I checked in around something close to 5pm but didn’t check my room, I went straight to my event. But when I returned at 11:00pm and went to my room it hadn’t never been cleaned from previous person checking out. But front desk made notations and upgraded my room and I had a pleasant stay.

I like this place very much I come with my grandson because that nice pool which is heated is the highlight we were given a room that overlooked the lake and I liked that it was very peaceful

Having a walker I will need to ask for a room close to the check in area I also noticed they had a handicap room which would be ideal for me

I loved the tile in the lobby, with a welcoming homelike environment. I liked that the pool was indoor very clean and somewhat deep. The pond was beautiful, we enjoyed watching the fish swim. I appreciated the pleasant smell in the room, and peace and quiet, and beautiful view out the window Thank you it was very good for a good price

The bathroom was a little small. There was not enough artificial light the window had to be open for enough light. There were no towels in the pool area, but the sign asked us not to leave the pool soaked.

Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Room was bigger then the other hotels. Outdoor area was a bonus overlooking huge pond with grilling area, chairs and tables. Exceeded expiation. Thank you for great stay.

The weather.

The room was a nice size. Everything was comfortable and clean.

The bottle of bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner were nit new. The bath wash was almost completely out (managed to squeeze enough out for 1 shower, although there were two of us), and not enough shampoo for my long hair.

Andres was wonderful. He greeted us as if he already knew us. We had a late check in and he made sure we got to our room as soon as possible. All the restaurants in area were already closed so he pointed us into the right direction to get a decent meal.

Hot tub was not working but pool was very nice.

Very nice welcome when I arrived.. and I'm a lifetime Marriott Platinum Member and I was treated very good.. and I appreciate that.and I also had a very nice breakfast experience the lady was very helpful and polite..

All was good.

The property was very nice and always smelt so good when you walked thru the door. Adrian always had a smile on his face when/if we needed anything. He really was a wonderful clerk.

The rooms could be a little cleaner. Trash under the couch/left over and food finger prints on windows. But the main things were clean.

I like everything about the hotel, the lake in the back,you can look out the window early in the morning and see the Deer stand there everything was good and I will recommend to all my family and friends the location was great the store and restaurants
