We had the best time at Air Venice! Stayed for 9 days.
 Staff were super cool and friendly. Especially James who took good care of us, the hotel and everything else. 
There was always someone at the front desk, 24/7. Both the front door and room doors were locked and secure.
The room had a large fridge/freezer and kitchenette. Clean bathroom, free Wi-Fi and many power outlets. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I went with my 16-year-old and we both think it was really nice and safe. 
We slept so well here! The room was quiet with a view over Venice and the beach. Totally smoke-free. No disturbing traffic or noise. Just peace. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything and directly on the beach. One step out and you’re exactly where you want to be. The whole area felt safe for walks and it”s really beautiful. Restaurants, shops, and bars right outside. So nice! I read some bad reviews and honestly don’t understand what some people are complaining about. We can’t relate to that. At all!
 We had the best time at Air Venice! Just go! If you love Venice you’ll love this place.

The accommodation is in an exceptional location, right on the beachfront and surrounded by a wide variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom was also in excellent condition. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The value for money is good, but if you want to add an extra bed, the price increases excessively and, in my opinion, disproportionately.

The location of Air Venice is perfect... on the beach and between Santa Monica and Muscle Beach, and all within walking distance. The room was amazing with a wonderful ocean view every morning. The flat was super clean and smelt nice, and the beds were so comfortable, the pillows were lovely. And a great shower and a large TV and also great WIFI. The staff were all brilliant and super friendly, someone was there all the time, always felt safe and looked after. And could always nip to the hotel shop to get a drink and a snack if we wanted it was a fantastic stay and would most definitely stay there again

The location is perfect and overall it was a good place to stay

The woman at check-in took a very long time (like genuinely about 45 minutes passed between me arriving and saying my name and me walking into my room) and seemed very incompetent, she told me I’d have to change rooms twice within my three (3) day stay because of a fault in their system but that she would try to fix it. However, this took ages and at that point I’d already been standing there half an hour. In the end I just went up to my room and thankfully the man who was working the next morning said I could stay in my original room but still all of this was very unnecessary

You are RIGHT on the beach which is awesome, room was clean, and you get full size fridge and microwave. We chose partial ocean view. My friends were on a different side to me, and they definitely had the better partial view. I'd suggest you ask for the side opposite to the entry.

You are sandwiched between 2 pubs, so expect a little noise at night (the free ear plugs by the bed were a bit of a give away). While there we had 3 different staff on. The 2 guys were great but at check in, the lady seemed to have no idea what she was doing. It was a bit chaotic! She was friendly though so all is forgiven.

We loved AIR Venice and recommend staying here! The room was clean and we had everything we needed: comfortable bed and pillows, fridge, coffee machine. There's enough space for 2 people with 3 suitcases :) The place is situated in front of the beach, not far from Santa Monica's pier and close to cafe's and bars. There is no parking available, but fortunately, there is a safe parking lot in 5 min walking distance (20$ x night).

Nothing to complain

Perfect location, right on the beach, with easy walking access to restaurants and bars. Room was clean and tidy with everything we could need and the bed was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. After the trip when there were some issues with the security deposit the hotel also helped us reach out to our bank and get it sorted. So all in all, absolute top marks.

That we couldnt stay longer. As expected, it can get noisy at night because its right on the boardwalk and there are bars etc. We brought earplugs and we were fine :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for couples. It's right on the beach with bars and restaurants in a few minutes walk from the hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Parking is available a block from the hotel for 20/day including overnight parking.

The size of our room was a bit small and it was hard to walk next to the bed without hitting the corner of the bed and there were no receptacles close to the bed. Other than that everything was fine.

it was right on the beach and easy to enter exit accept silly me was so jetlagged i didnt understand to just push the entrance door during the day. it was unlocked. the beach was great. had many swims. room size was good and everything i needed was there.

nothing that the people could change. bars nearby get loud but they close about 10pm. i go to bed later than that

Location, cleanliness, friendly, privacy. Exactly as pictured. I stay here every time I have a long distance layover as I find it a good antidote to long haul air travel - sea views and peaceful vibe.

Reception was unattended for 20-30 mins around 5/6pm when a few of us needed service (eg access our baggage) with a "back in 5 minutes' sign on the desk. My Uber had to wait.
