I saw and killed a roach. In room crawling on floor. And I wanted room service to clean whole floor the same, not just spray a large corner and not spray whole floor. The counter above the fridge and the same top under the TV, that table top was filthy. I used a napkin wet to wipe it and it was covered in coffee you couldn’t see it but it was all over the napkin. So I’d like my room next stay to be fully cleaned and thoroughly maintained. Overall the place was perfect except one blind on wooden shades was broken and not uniform with the rest. Maintenance in nice rooms.

I like the location the price is fair and the staff are so understanding and will work with your if you are running behind on the reservation they will hold the room for you I think this was something that they did to go above and beyond and I am truly grateful for that.

Other than their being plenty of stairs to walk up I didn’t see anything else wrong with this property it was a delight to be there very clean makes you feel like if you are royalty due to how clean the room is and the type of customer service they provide unmatched amazing.

I like that the location was very easy to get to directions were not difficult to follow, there was plenty of parking for us to choose from so it gave me a peace of mind to know that my vehicle would be nearby and I wouldn’t have to worry to much about it.

I don’t think there was anything that I found unpleasant everything seemed to have gone great over the weekend. I noticed that there wasn’t many sketchy people on the properly it appeared to be safe.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is my go-to place to stay in the LA area, as it is centrally located, close to freeways, and close to good restaurants. It is clean, the surrounding area is good, and the parking area is safe. The rooms are nice, everything works, and clean. Never seen one insect.

I had some difficulties with the electronic key card unlocking the lock on the last visit. These problems were resolved quickly by the staff.

My room was very clean and quiet. There was a beautiful hand painted mural on the ceiling of flying birds and clouds. I can only comment on parking during the week my stay was Monday-Thursday, but never had an issue with parking close to my room. Fridge was great. Tons of electrical connections. Felt safe, great location in a good neighborhood with restaurants close by and very easy freeway access. If you need to go to locations in various directions in the LA area, this location is roughly located in the middle of the metropolitan area.

Microwave plate did not rotate. AC occasionally made a fluttering sound, but not enough to disrupt sleep.

Super clean. Staff serviced my room everyday leaving a surprisingly good smell each time. Staff overly concerned and polite. Room very comfortable and pleasant.

Sunday's is some type of event. Pretty hard to stay in bed and rest but overall. Excellent.

This was my first time staying at Mid-City Inn, and I have to tell you, I was very surprised, after reading some of the previous reviews that were negative, I didn't experience any of that, it was the opposite, everything went very well including the room, management, the location, the comfort level, definitely worth coming back

there's not much, not to like, everything went well, for the exemption of the occasional slam door or the neighbor that won't go to bed till 3 in the morning, which I guess you're always going to run into, aside from that it was a very pleasant experience.

Friendly and helpful front desk! Room was clean, quiet and very large; great water pressure; comfy bed with soft pillows; good location only half a block from Starbucks, 7-Eleven for snacks/drinks, a restaurant serving breakfast/lunch/dinner and liquor store across the street

That the lobby was close all the time,everything had to be processed through a window and since is a 3 floor hotel and the elevator not working, it should specify that.

Clean, spacious, good water pressure, comfortable mattress

Allows smoking so everywhere you go you smell smoke which makes it hard for a nonsmoking person to breathe…needs designated smoking area or to change to no smoking
