I stayed only one night before embarking on a flight to Malaysia. I was delighted with the light supper privided. Soup/bread and other light refreshment were provided. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and dark. Everything that i needed for a good nights sleep was there. I was pleased with the lovely breakfast provided before taking the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport the next morning. Also, they didnt charge ridiculously high resort fees like most of the other Vegas properties.

Really can't think of any improvements. Maybe airport shuttles every 30 minutes instead of every hour..

I had to call the airline as they cancelled my flight and I had trouble using my phone, so reception used their phone to assist me. Due to flight problems, I ended up staying for 3 nights and I also had a broken ankle so couldn't go anywhere. Reception helped me with the further booking and ordering food. The room was big and comfortable, with a full-sized fridge with freezer and a sofa, so I could put regular ice on my foot and watch movies in comfort. The choices of tv channels were excellent. The free airport shuttle service was on time and regular.

Only breakfast was available and apart from snacks, there was no other food service available. However, they did give me some delivery menus so I could order other food during my stay.

I liked the size of the room, the condition of furniture and household appliances corresponds to reality. The room is very clean, there were necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is standard, but better than in other hotels (especially omelette). Next time I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

We were welcomed from we entered the door by the team until we left.

We arranged to catch the bus at 3am. We arrived in the lobby at 304am along with another family and we were both told the bus had left already. We were not informed the bus would leave every hour on the hour. It was disappointing as a call could have been placed to our room to see if we were still catching the bus. Over all it was a great stay. We called a taxi and was at the airport by 335am. Our flight was 645am. It is the small things that make a big difference.

The location easy easy off the highway. Many travelers were there due to proximity to airport. I was there for other reasons. It was very expensive to stay in Las Vegas this weekend. Hotels on the strip were often close to 1k a night. This property was high because LV was over 90% sold out. There were very few options for 10/20, so all options were way over priced. With that said, the wifi worked fine, parking was convenient to the entrance, and the space was nice. There was a full size refrig, a small living area and nice bath except see below.

The shower could have new caulk. I don't like seeing worn brown caulk. The breakfast has a couple warm options. When I got there about 7:30AM , the eggs were pretty much gone, so I passed. Know that there is construction close, so it took a minute to find an access to the property. The mattress was worn, but the bed linen seemed nice.

The room was pleasantly large, comfortable, and well stocked. I loved that the windows opened and there was a fan above the bed. The staff that worked at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast offered something for everyone

I felt that one of the staff members working the breakfast area was less than friendly. I felt as if I was putting her out when I asked her to help me locate a tea bag.

The property was in a good location for us (just far enough from the strip, but close enough to get there within 10 minutes), the property and rooms were extremely clean and well taken care of, and they had one of the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. And the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our group, and made us feel like we were staying at home instead of a hotel.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Clean and nice breakfast. Staff were all very courteous right down to the man cleaning the hallways who ran and opened the door for us while we were pulling out our key cards.

There’s construction on the back side which makes it impossible to access the property from that direction. You can go out and take a left and access the property through the Tru Hilton parking lot. Otherwise you have to go all the way around the block because the road in front of Homewood suites is a one way.

Room was great, very clean. The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Like driver Debby was a rock star! The breakfast was great! Fresh fruits, juices, waffles potatoes were good!

Really noisy room, I didn’t realize I requested a quiet room. That room was not quiet. We were exhausted so no big deal for us. Everything else was great.

Close proximity to car rental return & the airport. The room was spacious,, clean & had all the amenities. It's close to shops & restaurants not on the strip.

The elevator was far from the lobby vs the rooms. The staff should share that there is a rear door to the elevator that they can easily access instead of going through the lobby with lots of luggage. Breakfast hours earlier than 7am would be nice.
