In-Room Dining was exceptional — the food quality and presentation exceeded expectations! The service throughout my stay was truly impeccable. I was also impressed by the lightning-fast Wi-Fi, clocking in at over 200 Mbps, which made remote work and streaming seamless. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. If I could rate the service quality above five stars, I absolutely would!

While this hotel is rated as 5-star, certain aspects did not align with what one would typically expect from luxury accommodations, especially when compared to other 5-star properties in Las Vegas. Some of the in-room equipment felt outdated, and the bathroom had a clogged drain during my stay. Notably, the hotel lacks a gym and swimming pool — amenities that are standard in most high-end Vegas hotels. Additionally, some facilities are shared with an adjacent hotel, which detracts from the exclusive experience usually associated with this tier. While these issues may not impact every guest, the overall offering fell short when benchmarked against other luxury hotels in the city. This was a bit disappointing given the expectations that come with a 5-star designation.

It was quite away from the casino but also very close wall to all the action at Mandalay Bay and a short walk to the allegiant stadium. Also appreciated the water fill station on our floor. Mini bar beer was the same price as a restaurant without having to leave the room. Loved that house keeping took the time to put my glasses on a lens cloth, attention to detail! Loved the pool, service was attentive.

There was a mini bar fridge but no fridge to keep my purchased water bottle cold. Trying to close my tab at the pool took a long time. I finally had to go to the bar to close out. Regardless, this would not prevent me from staying here again.

The service was very friendly and warm. The rooms and hotel were modern and well maintained. There was free water and little snacks to brighten our day. The gym was really good. Very glad that it had an exclusive pampering feel to be staying at the Four Seasons vs the other hotels.

Late check out could have been offered seeing that we have stayed there for 7 nights and our flight was close to midnight.

View and room was comfortable. Breakfast pancakes and you special butter and hash browns was delicious. My husband had something small and it cost as much as the buffet, so the next day we got the buffet. The staff throughout the hotel was excellent!!!! Whatever we needed they got us!!! I can not say enough about them.

Cheaper prices on mix drinks and meals. Bathroom granite could have been cleaner. It was not smooth to the touch and felt like something was on it. Older doorman lied to me that the taxis were cheaper than uber. He said it was a flat rate of $21. I showed him uber price was $14 but he said that fee goes up when they take off. So I got the taxi and it was $24 flat rate. My husband thinks he get a kick back for referrals. He lied!!!

The accommodation experience is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and the children especially like it. Thank you again for giving our family very good memories during Christmas.

I feel that it is still far away from the best street view. I hope to have a room with a better and closer view next time.

Brunch was wonderful...! The staff was very helpful in every way, I needed a refrigerator to store my medication and they provided one in minutes. Loved that they are super pet friendly, they provide bed, bowls, treats anything you need for your pet and are allowed everywhere..

The staff were all very helpful, the room was a delight to stay in, the view from the window was excellent. The food at the Verdana restaurant was exceptional, particularly the weekend brunch/breakfast buffet. The pool staff were very friendly and looked after you.

The restaurant and spa did not have any visible pricing online or in the room. The first time you find out how much things cost is when you have entered and sat down at the table at which point you have already committed.

On the strip, yet off the strip. Quiet luxury property, close to the action, but you can escape the crazy for a moment and it’s a breath of fresh air. The bar and restaurant are excellent, the service is perfect. The weekend brunch is not to be missed

Exceptional facilites, staff is very cooperative, beautiful rooms with all amenities you can think of. The housekeeping was exceptional with attention to every detail
