Rude staff. Huge motel with numerous elevators of which none worked. I stayed here once before and I knew better than stay again but I did. On both accosions the elevators did not work. I would think a year was ample time to fix at least one elevator. As a disabled adult I was unable to walk or climb stairs. I feel they are in violation of the disability act and are making no effort to accommodate the disabled. When I asked to cancel reservation the did and refused to provide a refund as I had booked it via bookin.com.

Everything was good. However, I have been asked to pay 15 per night extra, which I did not consent but I have to pay to get the room key after a long 16 hours journey The 300£ deposit was also a surprise and must be mentioned on the website. The swimming pool was shut down without any apparent reason. If the above fix then the hotel is the ideal place to stay in Vegas

Well I like the location close to the Las Vegas blvd.

We stay at this hotel before and we didn't pay extra for parking but now they charge 21 dlls extra for day. We understand there's people taking advantage just using the parking and go the other places then the hotel we agree it is this the esenary charge for parking. We think it's not fare we pay for the room, we pay resort fee and now they charge for parking. The hotel just should provide the parking with the stay .

Good value, Quicker to get taxi then MGM grand by far due to relatively small hotel Room was safe, quiet, comfortable and pretty clean Asked the staff to do housekeeping (it's free you just have to request it) and they did

I was in town for a festival and convention, spent$300 on Ubers, next time I would spend a bit more and stay closer as the cost would balance out Only 1 or 2 sockets in the room, none by the bed. You can tell the hotel was gutted and is now run cheaply but I really couldn't complain for the price Only 1 lift was working for one of the nights which meant a 10-15 minute wait for a lift but if was fixed the next day

I loved that I was able to be right at the start of the Vegas strip without the exasperated price. my friend and I would just walk across the parking lot and there we were at the four corners sky bridges. the hotel never seems too crowded and we had virtually a quiet floor. we had such a great time being able to save on the hotel to really enjoy our trip.

my only two issues is 1) the housekeeping was on a request only type. we were a bit confused since we had the “do not disturb” which usually was the universal housekeeping sign. 2) our shower had a piece of the drywall missing, almost like the moisture has bubbled there once and then broken.

The hotel was waking distant from the strip . Restaurants and casino was also in the hotel

The ice machine didn’t work on our floor. We had to find one another floor. We did not have a microwave to warm our food up. Asked staff and front desk. We were told we had to pay an upgrade fee to be given a microwave . So any food we brought back went to waste cuz we had no way to warm it up. Never had a room without a microwave so that was a bit crazy for us

I loved the location, it was perfect walking distance from the Strip or you had the choice of getting on the Monorail at the station across the street, or walking to the strip and catching the Duece bus down the strip. It was honestly a wonderful place to stay. Everyone we encountered on the staff was very friendly as well. We will be staying here again.

The elevator wasn’t working one of the days of our stay but we managed. Honestly, it wasn’t the end of the world.

The location of the property is very convenient for the price, location is close to the Monorail, and tram so transporting up and down the strip was a breeze The casino floor had fun slot options, that paid me out well! I didn’t attempt the tables (cause I don’t know how to play) but from what I saw they looked like a blast! Also the casino floor staff were so helpful, and friendly

The old ambiance! everything looked/felt very much outdated. The public restrooms were very dirty every time I went in, I inconveniently would rather walk all the way back to my room to use the restroom. The elevators!

I would like to show my sincerest gratitude for the staff assisting me while I became very ill. I was hospitalized during my stay there. I didn't get the chance to stay in my hotel room for very long. Thank you very much for caring about me!

The water pressure could improve when taking a shower. There were some damages to the walls of the room from previous customers. I strongly suggest to write some type of red flag in the system of that customer & have it registered so that customer can never book a rsvp ever again. They have that system designed back in ny with other hotels to prevent any possible future vandalism.

The staff was always helpful. The property is an older one and like any grand old lady does show its wear. However, that vintage edge has its own charm! It was convenient for a quick bite with inexpensive restaurants available. Parking was amazing - and lots of it. The pool and pool bar are heavily staffed.

It could be cleaner in the common areas.
