I liked the fact that there was a balcony with a good city view bath tub, kitchenette and kitchen wares, sitting area and dinning area; comfortable bed, iron, pool area etc

Cleaning was not done daily. Collection of $300 caution which has not been reimbursed into my account.

A great apartment suite situated a short walk from the strip. No gambling machines or grubby areas which made it restful from the chaos of Las Vegas. Apartment was very big and comfortable, great for a few days stay. A short airconditioned walk to MGM so easy to get food and whatever else you are after.

The small convenience shops that operate in the area are way overpriced, but that's Vegas generally so not the hotels fault.

love the balcony view and the bathroom of course!! I did like the fact that it was very close to everything on the strip, especially since it was cold outside all weekend, being able to walk to The MGM Grand without stepping a foot outside was everything for us.

not enough food option inside our tower, wasn’t always a fan of traveling to MGM Grand for food every time I was hungry, but other than that I loved it.

The room is huge and clean, the view was nice and the bed was comfortable. Parking is with valet service, which is free but you can tip them if you want to. We arrived at 9pm on both days and was no problem, everything went smoothly and on the checkout day we got back our car in like 2-3 minutes. They were fast! You can find every shop and casino downstairs with a little walk and you could reash the Strip without going outside the building.

The Signature hotel is managed by the MGM and another company. When you book your room on the MGMs page, you will be managed by the MGM, but if you book on Booking, then it will be the another company and if you need anything, you can't request anything on the reception, but you will have to call a number and you'll be charged for everything! We had short of towels and the sofa bed wasn't made, but we figured it out by ourselves.

The lazy river was great, location was good - close enough to the strip, especially walking through the MGM. The valet car parking vs walking a mile to a parking lot was much more convenient. i would have rated this an excellent stay across the board if we didn't have the hot water issue. We will be back for sure but will take a proactive approach if we have a hot water issue. The best advice I would give is to go direct the MGM Signature Suites to book a room. When you use Booking.com or others any issues you have are not taken care of since it's a third pty.

We had trouble getting hot water during our three day stay. I called down a several times to inquire as to why the hottest we could get the water was around 80-82 degrees which is not even really that warm. Not much of an answer. Of the 14 showers taken 3 had hot water, rest were barley warm - they did comp us $50 for a meal.

Stripview Suites is connected to MGM's property so we never had to go outside to get to the convention center or concert hall!!

The 2 bedroom apartment was actually 2 -1-bedroom suites with an adjoining door; not horrible just not as expected. There was an oven in the kitchen which was great; but they had no baking pans :( They were brought after we called; however, because the property is privately owned, we had to communicate with an offsite property service versus MGM personnel. We stayed a week and during that time there was no maid service or trash pickup; inconvenient.

Almost everything. The apartment exceeded my expectations and was the best value for money in my entire stay in the US.

Some things need maintenance. One of the four knobs on the stove top was faulty, and it would keep the stove on even after turning it off. And one of the bathroom taps was not working properly.

Complimentary parking but the valley guy is not taking your car under 20 tip. Tip is for good service and that they forget completely. It destroyed the whole shine. Make it that you charge for parking. But always these angry starring if you don't tip.

The Hotel alone is a gem. I’ve been in a wheel chair and everything was wheel chair accessible. The front desk were fast and helpful. Vallet was fast, only took a little bit longer than usual one time. I loved the Delights restaurant. The apartment was very clean when we got there. Plenty of towels, rags, and bed sheets and our view was lovely, no complaints there. It gets busy but not overwhelmingly busy like the other hotels which would make sense because there’s no Casino at the Suites. The pool doesn’t get packed though (at least when we were there!) It’s a little bit of walk to the MGM Grand maybe 10-15 minutes or so. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. If you want to go to the buffet at MGM please note it’s $80 for 2 people lol however, I do recommend it! If you’re thinking about staying at The Signature Suites, go for it. P.s no bed bugs either LOL

I didn’t like that the apartment didn’t come with a broom and a mop and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Getting down the elevators trying to check out was a struggle because everyone was trying to get out at the same time.

The size of the room and quality of amenities was fantastic. Located in Tower 1, we only had a very short and easy walk to the MGM pool. Fantastic design to enable two suites with only one door.

Pre-stacked mini bar would have been nice for convenience. But everything is near by, so getting some snacks from the local ABC store was not a drama. They could potentially include a couple of innertubes for the lazy river for convenience!!
