Great value while on close proximity to shows and places of interest. Clean and comfortable rooms and great breakfast options. Especially appreciated the extra efforts of front desk staff to help a family get situated in a sister hotel after an apparent incomplete registration.

Our request for rooms close to each other was not fulfilled even though reservations were made months in advance. We were located on 2 different floors. It would be nice to have four towels available in double queen rooms.

Location, breakfast selection, room, staff, all good.

Breakfast was good but the area was to small to accomodate guest when hotel is full. Breakfast staff was trying hard to keep up with demand but to many guests trying to have breakfast at the same time 9:00-9:30. May want to consider extending breakfast time to 10 or 10:30 to help ease the flow. It is Las Vegas people may want to sleep in a little longer. Beds were not mounted properly to bedframe.

Housekeeping needs to be requested a day in advance. Noisy airconditioning, no free daily water but there are convenient stores nearby.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and modern, the shower had great water pressure, the halls were very quiet (unusual for Vegas), parking was plentiful ($20/day which is pretty standard for Vegas), and breakfast seemed great (I didn't eat it but it looked good!).

The staff does not seem to like working here. Aside from the nice man who checked us. in, the lady who sold us water on Saturday night and the one who checked us out on Sunday morning both looked dead inside. Also, on Saturday night we got there around midnight and somebody had spilled what looked lemonade on the floor right at the entrance and no one had cleaned it up. The other thing is that they need to replenish the bathroom products more often, because we had no lotion in our room.

I thought this was an excellent hotel and the facilities - especially the self service laundry - and the pool were really useful. The swimming was a treat and the supply of towels and the shower facilities there excellent. My room was big and clean and the bed comfy. The staff could not have been more helpful and provided extras that I asked for including a coffee machine. The location was good especially once I had worked out that I could just cross the road and walk through the MGM casino resort to the Strip.

The breakfast. All too sweet and synthetic, high calory and ultra processed. You need to supply plain unsweetened yogurt and more fruit and unsweetened cereals and muesli. You should provide brown and seeded bread not white. I have had lots of breakfasts in other Holiday Inns in the UK and I was shocked at the unhealthy food provided at Las Vegas. I bought my own breakfast and kept it in the fridge in my room.

We liked the location and the room.

Terrible customer service. I could not get receipt upon departure. I emailed and called. It took 10 days to respond to my messaging on Bookings.com I had to get a customer service rep from Bookings to call the hotel to get a receipt. Terribly understaffed. Not knowledgeable employees.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was literally perfect, not too small, really clean and the shower was fantastic. I really appreciated the Dove products that they offer. The room (i was on the top floor) had a really beautiful view over the center of las vegas. In my opinion, this hotel is a really valuable option if you don’t want to spend a fortune by staying in one of the casinos or in a super expensive hotel, but still be really close to the center of the city.

I have literally nothing bad to say on this one

I appreciated the free coffee available throughout the day, as well as the large, comfortable beds. The common lounge provided a relaxing space to unwind and do online work. Most of the staff were very polite and welcoming, always greeting guests warmly. The pool area was also excellent.

The pool area was shared between two hotels, and we noticed two men openly smoking marijuana there. This created an uncomfortable situation, especially for me as a father with children present.

This location is easily accessible from the strip. Right across from MGM. It was very clean and the breakfast was awesome with a lot of food and drink choices.

The biscuit gravy was very good but could’ve been warmer. I don’t like how they charge for parking once you are there. The man who checked us in said it was one price but online it was cheaper. He did give me a cheaper price which was very nice. Just build it into the room price and call it free for future travelers.
