Size of the room, great views, quiet rooms.

I was expecting bottled water in the room and a small fridge. It was very disappointing that there was no fridge in the room to keep soda, milk and water that I had bought cool.

It's Vegas Baby, 100% Mental. Was a bit of a pain taking the cases from the car to the reception, maybe should have collected the cases later. Always wanted to stay at Luxor cause its so unique, and the room window was like a triangle. View was ok. Once I got to the room worked out a easy way for the rest of my stay. I did like the idea of using your room key for the carpark made life so much easier then worried about a parking ticket and even with the computers down in Luxor on my last day it worked fine. Also loved the long triangle corridors, a lot of reviews said before I went about the hotel not being in good condition, I found it fine, the room was spotless and the hotel was clean, lift worked but as was Red 4th floor always seemed to be empty and waiting for me which was nice. Used the tram a fair bit and would def stay at Luxor again

They don't tell you about the free breakfast or was their a free breakfast? They should have a car-park for the people who are staying there, went out on the Sunday night and was a total nightmare finding a parking space. The people staying there should take priority. But it's Vegas and all about the money.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains did just that- so it was VERY easy and great to sleep in!! The gym was also GRT and available 24-hours so that also made it easy to de-stress and get ready for the day. We have to pay for parking now; HOWEVER, an added perk is being able to park at any MGM property WITHOUT paying extra by using your room key. The location of the Luxor made it VERY easy to drive around Vegas and get on the freeway WITHOUT getting stuck in the nightmare traffic of the Strip.

The check-in line was very long and there were ONLY 2 people working the front desk at that time. Two other people arrived but took approximately 10-minutes to wipe down EVERYTHING at their stations (then one of them went to a different station and did the SAME process).

Comfortable stay. Employees we talked to were very nice and helpful. Shows and food around the area was great!

The room needed a bit more cleaning before our stay. Lashes were found under the table. We also found stickers in the shower. It wasn’t terrible, but a more careful check before the next guest. Mini fridge would be nice for left over or keeping drinks cool.

Very interesting design of the hotel. Not for people that like to be around Bellagio - get ready to walk a lot!

The message is for the management - there are no mini-fridges unless you pay $25 nightly! I understand everything is money but to charge for the fridge in the room?!

Hotel was big and beautiful. Beds comfy. Pillows big and fluffy. Bedding was layered. AC blew cold.

No coffee in my room. 🥴 I had to get dressed and go find coffee every morning.

The hotel is located close to the airport if that's something you might interested in, but in terms of others resorts, it might be a bit apart from resorts like Bellagio and Paris, but it's well connected to the Excalibur and Mandalay Bay. The room has been renovated and I'd say in overall is a nice room for what you're paying. There are some exhibitions at the hotel, like Titanic and Bodies, there is a small food court and some shopping stores. I recommend to download the MGM app and do the check-in through it, because the line to check-in can be really long.

It's a 30 year old hotel and it shows. The inclinators look old and poor maintained, my shower drain was somewhat clogged, the water took a while to go away, but they fixed the issue. Also, this is a personal opinion, not sure if it's part of the ambiance, but the lighting in the whole resort is so dimmed and dark that makes everything look dreary, also everything inside of the resort is really expensive, although that's expected.

This was my fourth time staying at the hotel. I usually choose the Queen option with two beds, since I often travel with family or friends. This time, for my 40th birthday celebration, I decided to book a suite with a King bed, as it was just for myself. However, I was placed in an older tower, with a strange hallway and an odd view. I felt there was a lack of care during check-in, especially considering it was not my first stay, and I was celebrating such a special occasion. Since I also work in hospitality, I was expecting a more thoughtful and attentive experience. That said, as always, my stay was still very enjoyable.

The in-person staff was great, the areas were clean and well maintained. The room was very nice and beds were comfy. The Diablos restaurant was wonderful and their staff was great.

Our room was a more expensive room and had not even a tiny refrigerator for our dinner leftovers. The buffet wasn’t open at all and the cafe was only breakfast and lunch. The wifi at the hotel wouldn’t allow me to check in or check out on your app, so we waited more than hour to check in at 6pm which seemed excessive.

An impressive and modern hotel with great style. The tower rooms are spacious and modern, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom, shower, and bathtub were also very nice. The hotel had a central location and is a good starting point to reach the Strip. The close distance to the airport is also a big plus. You can reach it by car in 10 minutes. The staff is friendly.

There are not enough people at the check-in. Which leads to long waiting times and queues. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't completely clean. There were a few hair and stains on the bathtub. The hallway was also very dirty, and some of the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. There was no fridge or minibar in the room. A certain level of noise is part of the whole Las Vegas experience, but the rooms are also poorly insulated. You can hear people talking in the hallway or in the next room. So if you are a light sleeper, I would definitively recommend bringing earplugs!
