We loved the clean and neat room and hotel in general. The breakfast was good for what it was mostly just grab and go options not cooked meals like before covid staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Their is also room for trailer parking behind the hotel or across the street behind outback steakhouse

This hotel does not take any form of cash and a deposit was required at time of check in I used booking to book the room and wasn't informed about either one of these so it was inconvenient to have to go find a bank before they closed to deposit the money for all 3 of my rooms. Wish they offered the discount rate for busco beach atv park guest like some hotels in that area do, we would stay more often if they did and generally travel with a large group everytime we come down

I enjoyed my stay there. It is good value for money. Good staff and clean rooms, accessible via highway exit. Grocery stores close by and food options too.

The key cards have to be recharged almost evert time, because of the magnetism from electronic devices or other cards. Can’t keep your phone and the key card in the same pocket, or keep the card in your wallet. It’ll erase the cards memory.

We took this hotel because we were on a road trip, so we were not looking for anything special, but when we arrived I thought that although it was two stars, it was very good. What struck us most was the cleanliness, I would say exceptional and it was very comfortable the rooms were quite spacious as spacious as the 3 and 4-star hotels we stayed in. The bathroom was very spacious. The staff at check-in was very very nice!!!

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the towels were well stocked. The room was very clean.

The air conditioner did not work well. I had to continuously reset the relay switch on the wall plug for it to come on and stay on for a few minutes. I could only get low cool and only for about ten minutes each time. It was hot most of the night in the room. Also had a pillowcase and a pillow with dried blood on it, even the second night after the room was cleaned and the beds remade.

It wasn’t crowded.

The room needed a few repairs. The outside window was cracked which made me think that maybe someone had tried to gain entry via the window. The sink stopper was not working properly so I only had limited use of the face bowl. The bathroom door needed to be replaced.

The stay and the property for what I paid was reasonable. The staff was very polite. The size of the room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable.

What I did not like is the fact that this was our third stay and the pool closed sign has been up every time. Very upsetting to my 5yo son. The rooms are a little outdated. There is really nowhere to store your clothes for a long stay. No drawer storage space, for your clothes. The vending selection is nonexistent. There are no snacks. There is a soda machine and an ice machine.

I was very pleased with the accommodation that was made for me, as I arrived late into the city and wasn't able to check in at the normal time. They insured that we were still able to comfortably get checked in and enjoy ourselves

Staff was awesome. Anything that was asked they explained yes or no they couldn't do it. Rooms are spacious and relaxing. Great location to where I needed to be.

Asked for room service and came back to blood on my sheets and comforter. Called the front desk and she apologized and had a clean set of lining in the lobby for me to come get. i didn't pay for a room to be the housekeeper as well, That was the only thing that changed my rating on this location. Things happen, however when you are making a bed and see stains, remove the sheets and start over. I am an owner of a cleaning service in KY, and if my worker left a property as my room was left they would've been fired, immediately.

I didn’t eat breakfast only because I wasn’t up earlier enough for it BUT it did smell delicious, sheets were clean, no bugs, the room was very cozy and cute and I loved the blackout curtains they had, I did not like the shower, we wore slides in the shower, they was hair in the floor of the shower and the shower curtain wasn’t clean

The staff were very nice and helpful, comfortable room great location. It's a special place to me now, because I asked my girlfriend to marry me, when we where there, she said yes, definitely will be back again.

I have know complaints. I will be staying again in the next couple of weeks.
