The pool area was fun. Staff was friendly. Location was great! CHEAPER option than other Waterpark hotels.

Breakfast area needs to be bigger or open longer. Food choices were great. Dated hotel, could be cleaner.

This is a perfect place to take kids over night. I read many reviews prior to my stay and most complained about the rooms being outdated. They definitely are but they were clean and to me thats reasonable for the price we paid! My toddler loved the mini water park, we enjoyed the icecream & game room while also visiting the Train diner and Amish buffet both right next door. Just a reminder that this is a hotel geared towards kids so we heard a lot of noise in the hallways late at night & early in the morning. To me, thats to be expected at a place like this. Overall we enjoyed our stay & plan to come back.

Room was nice and clean with a nice note left by the cleaning lady. The hotel was nice and most workers very pleasant.

The prize games in the arcade were all broke which was of course upsetting for the kids. Breakfast was also an issue. I believe the hotel was full so there was a lot of guests and there were only 2 people trying to keep up with having enough food out. Alot of guests were upset and complaining and some left without eating. If you asked the attendees for more food or help they were short and snippy. Parking lot is small

Love the location - a couple of good places to eat within a short distance. Like the waterpark feature. Feel the place is pretty clean.

We loved the water park area. Very clean and the water was warm which helps us adults swim longer with the kiddos! Our room was very clean and housekeeping helped us when we needed a special request.

The lamp plugs did not work so we had to charge our phones on the wall plug. That's being very particular because this question asked me to list something I didn't like. We honestly had a fantastic experience. We will be back.

The hotel is the perfect size for the waterpark. It never felt overly crowded in the pools or waiting for the slide. My kids, ages 3 and 8, absolutely loved it! It was the perfect size for them. And perfect for mom and dad. We also loved how you could see the waterpark from the hotel room! Such a cool feature. Also, you’d think with a lot of kids in the hotel, that it would be loud, but we had no problems at all. The staff was friendly and all the other people were pleasant. Oh, and there was a cute little arcade and some good vending machine options.

The air conditioner was really noisy, and the breakfast was not great. But, those things won’t keep us from coming back.

This was our second stay there. Everything was very clean. The girls absolutely love the indoor water park.

The game room is nice but a bit pricey for some of the games. The machine with the eggs that the littles are all drawn to is 1.00 to play. They get a little toy out of the egg that is at most at .25 value. But I guess that’s pretty much everywhere anymore. But definitely fun going.

The breakfast choices were excellent. The pool area and splash pad and large slide were great for kids of all ages.. i liked the stainless steel sides of the pool. Also 2 hot tubs with one for adults only. I liked that bath towels.were supplied, and an adult was on duty to check that the rules were being followed.

The carpet was dirty in our room on the 2nd floor.. the magnetic door key did not always worked.

Great place to stay with children. Splash Harbor is perfect for various ages. The breakfast is great, the beds were comfortable, the kids like the game room as well. The staff were all very nice 😊, we were there on a busy holiday weekend. No sign of the employee shortage. Our room was clean, the hotel is dated and could use some fresh paint or upgrades if you like things to look new but for the price, I am not complaining. This is the third year we have come for a break in winter and will likely be back again. There is a lot to do in the area too. We have visited Snow Trails while there and done bowling at Lex Lanes. The kids LOVE the swimming most of all.

The walls are thin. You will hear the people at the pool and neighboring rooms. Do not expect your room to be noise free, this is a place where lots of families bring children. Someone complained of our children being loud at 10:30 at night, the only one still up was the 1 1/2 year old baby who did not want to sleep for some reason. We were woke up by much noise outside our door at 12:30 am the night before. Like I said, there are kids/ families. Expect noise.

Where to start reviews are all based on opinions so this is ours . I have to say that we were rather satisfied with our stay .was close to restaurants and near by gas stations . Staff was friendly and professional, check in was easy after check in the front desk called our room to make sure that everything was ok and up to our liking that was a nice added touch shows that the staff cared. The facility was was clean, swimming area was great not only good for kids to enjoy there stay and have fun with a splash pad , slide and pools but for the adults as well they have two hot tubs nice and hot just perfect for relaxing another added bonus was the chlorine fumes were no so over powering like other places we have stayed at I also noticed the staff always checking pool and hot tub chemical levels. also a nice fenced In out door area right off the pool area. breakfast area was a decent size area a lot of breakfast options from waffles eggs sausage Cereal oranges bananas yogurt string cheese pudding pop tarts coffee juice etc. in addition vending machines had a decent variety of snacks to pick from also a vending machine that offered ice cream and frozen personal pizza and one other vending machine that sold microwavable popcorn. Arcade area was well kept and clean cost to play games we reasonable most games were no more than a dollar to play. Our 3 girls had a blast . The rooms were nice mattress were comfy not to firm pillows were decent room was clean hallways to the rooms were kept clean as well I was surprised to see in the hallway a air purifier so you didn't get that weird hotel hallway smell that so many hotels have. All in all a nice place to stay.

I really truly don't have anything I particularly didn't like about our stay. Would stay here again.
