We were in Ontario for baseball tournaments and the hotel was in a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a good variety.

The pool inside was welcomed in the cold temperatures outside. The breakfast choices were excellent as anticipated. The staff always greeted us, willing to help in any way.

The bed was comfortable and the room was big.

The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. There was a soap wrapper behind the trashcan.

The bed make noise if you move and the mattress it’s to soft also the price it’s very expensive for that type of hotel.

Well-maintained property, clean and great location in Mansfield. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff was helpful in giving us a room that minimized walking for my senior parent - much appreciated! The breakfast was tasty and nicely presented, although the dining area is a little bit cramped. Handicapped parking was easily available, and the barriers were minimal. Lots of good restaurant choices close by.

Rooms and facilities were clean and staff was friendly.

The elevator was out of service causing some issues for guest.

Friendly staff, clean room and the breakfast is pretty amazing. Killer banana nut muffins and the coffee is actually good. Which is usually not the case at most hotels.
