Location was good. The breakfast was not bad but the food wasn't real warm. And I didn't even think to see if there was a microwave to warm it up. But was pleased.

I think the girlat the desk. Was taken aback as I was meeting my boyfriend since he lives in Cleveland I live in Columbus... that's our halfway pointto meet. When I went downstairs to let him in. She just stood there and kept staring at us. It was very uncomfortable. She was standing In the open and just stared. While we were getting ready to get on the elevator.

Close to interstate, restaurants and local attractions. Clean and comfortable. Clean breakfast area and good breakfast options.

I’d love to see housekeeping standards return to pre-COVID excellence. We shouldn’t have to pay exorbitant nightly fees and not get towels changed, bed made and trash emptied. It would only take five minutes!

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The shower setup was great and the personal care products were excellent. the dispensing method was great too. Enough to use without all those stupid little bottles

The breakfast was just ok. The baked good selection was good but the hot entrees were mediocre at best. Good coffee though. The coffee maker in the room was a little confusing. Not having a door on the bathroom was a little weird. Not a deal breaker but strange

Everything looked great! Pool was a perfect temp! Employees were very friendly and helpful. I booked the room for a family one night getaway. Kids swam for a couple hours and had a lot of fun.

Very uncomfortable bed. I paid for two rooms. 4 out of the 5 of us had a horrible sleep, 3 had physical pains from how uncomfortable the beds were and we were so tired the next day. I’d say the quality of the mattress was as good as a blow up bed. I don’t think I would pay to sleep in a bed that uncomfortable more than one night.

When we arrived, Adam was so friendly and helpful. He truly cared when there were hotel glitches (elevator) that couldn’t be fixed immediately. He helped make us feel welcome.

We didn’t have water for about 30 minutes and was unable to shower before we had to leave.

Right place to stop for the night close to the highway. Slept well. room was clean and everything worked.

Breakfast was adequate. offerings were pretty standard Waffles, cereal and muffins. The little cheese omelettes were rubbery and obviously factory made. Sausage patties were mostly fat and best used as frisbees. Scrambled eggs and bacon would have lessened the prepossessed feel.

Very friendly and helpful staff (especially at reception). They really want to make your stay the best! Spacious and clean rooms. I could get a late checkout (no extra charge) to brigde the time between original check out and my departure for the airport, that's highly appreciated!

Nothing to mention.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff went above and beyond with our special room request, and then again when we left an item behind and got a call right away. We SO appreciated those special services.

Only 1 thing - I don’t care for barn door bathrooms.

we love this hotel and it’s the best in the area.

we had an issue with the air/heater in our room, to where it blew hot air and made the room super hot and took hours to cool down. and their way of fixing this was giving us a discount of basically $10/day.

Breakfast was great each morning. There was a great selection of foods. One of the guests asked if they had turkey sausage and the pantry worker went out of their way to make turkey sausage for this guest to accommodate their needs. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was a nice size and clean.

The bed was on the firmer side. My biggest issue was the pillows. The pillows were so soft they squished down to nothing as soon as you laid on them. It made it very difficult to used them and get a good nights sleep.
