This is a great hotel, the owners and workers always met us with a smile and greeting when we passed the lobby, and even remembered that we were there for a church retreat, and asked how it was going! The hotel lobby and room 207 were very inviting and beautiful! (There is no elevator in the hotel, so if you have trouble with stairs, ask to have the first floor). The pool, gym vending room, carpets and my bathroom were sparkling clean.The beds were a wonderful super comfortable surprise! We loved the hot breakfast which incleded cereals, breads, bagels, hot waffles, yogurts, a fruit, eggs, sausages, milk, juices, jams, honey, and a few more!! There are vending machines and ice on the first floor. .

My mom didnt like there was no elevator, but the staIrs were only 13 steps. Not bad at all.

This has become my go to hotel for trips with my toddler. The people running this place are incredibly friendly and hospitable . The pool area is great for my 2 year old and it's usually pretty quiet surrounded by food , stores and the freeway . Being right across the bridge from grandpas cheeseburger is a giant plus !

I was very pleased to find a dorm size fridge with separate door freezer in the room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were in Ashland for a softball tournament. The hotel was very convenient to the fields and restaurants.

I didn’t realize that there was no elevator. So next time I will request the first floor.

Easy to get to. Staff was friendly.

Short time to get to breakfast. Most hotels have breakfast hours from 6 to 10am, this one was shorter in duration. Breakfast was as normal as it gets and not very flavorful. Coffee was horribly tasteless.

The hosts were excellent - very gracious and helpful.

The hotel does not have an elevator which was not mentioned in the description of the hotel. Initially, we were given a 2nd floor room but when I asked where the elevator was, I found out that an elevator did not exist. Fortunately, a ground floor room was available, or we would have had a problem.

Kind staff, clean rooms, pleasant stay!

The coffee and breakfast were not very good. Did not expect anything gourmet but the egg patties and sausage links did not look very good.

That the bed was comfortable and it was majority quiet. Breakfast is good and the staff are helpful and kind.

Doors could be quieter to open and close, got woke up early due to doors closing from neighboring rooms...otherwise everything good

Everything is perfect. Starting from the breakfast which was so delicious and served so well, room was super clean, pool area was so amazing and lastly the staff too.

Staff is excellent! This is my 4Th stay. They are really exceptional. Love the beautiful pool. Beds are comfortable.

I wish they had peanut butter at breakfast.
