The staff was super nice. I loved that every morning for breakfast they gave my son a care package that had things like coloring pages and snacks. He loved the straws.

I didn’t like the we had problems with our tv. We could only watch a couple channels. Those couple channels didn’t include cartoons for my son. I was informed the hotel changed the channel package they had. Wish they didn’t cause it wasn’t for the better.

Everything was wonderful. The pleasant woman at front desk, free cookies and bags for kids, the HUGE, clean room and delicious breakfast all exceeded our expectations. Also was very grateful the pool was open till 11 as we arrived way later then we wanted to. We LOVED our stay and would definitely return if we ever are back in the area.

Loved everything...only thing this hotel needs is a hot tub!

I don't like powdered eggs, but I ate them. We liked everything else.

The lighting beside the mirror in the bathroom is dim. Hard to shave and do your hair. The toilet paper is so thin I can read the newspaper thru it. It needs to be two heavy layers.

It was very clean. The staff was friendly: wonderful breakfast. Pool was nice and warm. Beds were comfy, pillows were lovely. Rooms were spacious!

We got there a little before 4 and our room wasn’t ready. 😞 I asked where to get a good bite to eat while we waited for it to be ready. Turned a negative into a positive had some of the best dinner!

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The offerings were different than other hotels’ breakfasts. Thankyou to the chef

Our room’s location- 1st floor end of hall! The banging of the outside door & then the banging of the door leading to the upper floors kept me awake

Good value for price, great shower, closeness to College of Wooster

Horrible lighting in bathroom. It was impossible to put in makeup in there. It is a cave. Very poor soundproofing between our bath and next room. Too much noise comes into room from under the hall door.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here for the Inkcarceration Festival in Mansfield. It’s very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We love that the rooms are large and have couches, and that there’s a pool. We’d absolutely stay here again. We were sad that we couldn’t get a room here for Ink in 2023!

No complaints. Just wish they had a hot tub!

This is the second year i've stayed at this motel, the location is great for the art show that I'm attending. The rooms are so clean, the pillows and bed are both very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing!!!!! The biscuits are fresh and the gravy has chunks of sausage. A+++ all the way

The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious.

I asked for my room to be cleaned after I had been there 2 days, and it was never cleaned. I was there 4 nights.

Enjoyed our stay, rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and the hot breakfast was very good. They had coffee during breakfast, wish they served tea as well. No biggie as we had our own tea bags.
